⭐ Real USA Customer Reviews (Verified Bundles)
Bundle Microsoft Surface Pro 11
“I almost bought the Surface Pro 11 standalone for $1,899. Then I realized I’d need another $478 for the keyboard and pen. This bundle saved me nearly $1,000. The Flex Keyboard is incredible – I can walk across the room and keep typing. Best tech purchase of 2025.”
— Michael T., Chicago, IL ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“The OLED display is breathtaking. Coming from a 2019 iPad Pro, this is night and day. And having the pen included means I started drawing in Photoshop 5 minutes out of the box. No ‘oh wait, I need to order the pen separately’ moment.”
— Sarah K., Portland, OR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“I was worried about Arm64 compatibility. Happy to report QuickBooks, Chrome, Zoom, and Slack all work perfectly. Battery easily lasts my 10‑hour workday with 20% left. The Flex Keyboard is worth the upgrade alone.”
— David L., Austin, TX ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
“Honest review: It’s expensive. But when you do the math – $1,529 for everything vs. $2,477 separately – it’s actually a bargain. The only downside is the lack of a headphone jack. Get Bluetooth earbuds.”
— Jessica R., Denver, CO ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Springtime –
Good computer
We like these computers – they work well, battery lasts a long time, and shipping and packaging were great. I definitely recommend the keyboard unless you plan to use it docked with big monitor(s). This one is our third Surface and we’ve been happy with all of them.

Lightweight, pen is amazing
Love it. Easy to set up and use. Lightweight. Keeps a pretty good charge. Sometimes when first starting up the keyboard doesn’t connect to tablet quickley. Injust disconnect and reattach, takes 2 seconds, and it connects. If you are looking at the pen features. It writes incredibly accurate, looks just like your actual handwriting with no lag time.

Bought as a gift
I bought this for my daughter to use. She had been using an older version at her job but had to turn it in. She really likes this one much better. Money well spent.

Perfect choice
Is exactly what we wanted something easy to work with and not as large as a laptop.

Buy local, unscrupulous seller.
This is not Amazon Prime, do not trust the seller. Was sent a non working Surface Pro. It was a huge fight to get a return and an even bigger problem getting a refund.

Fast, light, durable, and so fun to write on
The Surface Pro has changed the way I do things. I stand and present via PowerPoint, sometimes stand and take notes in OneNote. I no longer take a pen and notebook, because the SurfacePro is so reliable and easy to carry. This model even renders video without heating up. Heat-up was an issue with my SurfacePro 9, but this machine has been awesome.I bought a SurfaceBook Studio, but it was way too heavy to carry around for me.

Ok, so this is an Arm chip, and my laptop freezes and reboots itself automatically!
I just bought this Surface 11 with 16GB ram and 1TB SSD. I was replacing my old SP7, which started making whirring noises after 6 years of ownership.I mean, I like the SP line of laptops as the keyboard is great and it is so thin and lightweight. With that being said here are the problems I’ve had after 3 weeks of ownership.1. The system locks and auto-reboots for no apparent reason. I’m just displaying and moving between screens and boom – it locks up and automatically starts an auto reboot.2. The keyboard, all of a sudden, loses connectivity and I have to remove the keyboard and re-attach it to re-engage the typing. In this case it does not auto-reboot.3. The battery life is (“estimated and publicized by Microsoft”) at 14 hours. Well, these are publicized, but in reality, i.e. in the real world, it’s more like 4-5 hours (same as my old burnt-out SP7). This is very deceptive in that MSFT publicizes the 14 hrs. and not the more realistic 4 hours.4. To its credit the ARM chip does run much, much cooler. This takes a lot of stress and heat out of the laptop itself. Microsoft’s artificial intelligence product – Copilot – says this has an internal fan (maybe for the higher-powered SP), but I have, to date, not heard any fan in this machine and it runs cool to the touch, which is good! Also, I do not notice any performance differences between this and my bricked SP7.5. When I opened the box on this, I got everything working pretty quickly, without much effort. However, I started looking for the USB-A port to plug in some peripherals and there was no USB-A port on this machine, only two USB-C ports (which is the new fast charger). Now I read all the specs on this before I ordered, and nowhere did it say it did or did not have USB-A ports. So, you will need to buy an adapter if you need to connect, say, 2 factor authentication with a touch key, which I need when connecting to Coinbase (to buy more BTC :)). The adapters are pretty cheap, 5 or 6 bucks for two.I hope this information helps you in your decision. I’m not going to return this (I bought the service plan for 50 bucks or so), so we’ll see how it goes.If you have any questions, shoot me out a note. Also, Amazon allows 30 days or so for a complete refund/exchange if you buy it on Amazon. I LOVE Amazon’s easy return policy. No boxing required if you exchange it at any Kohl’s, quick and easy.Good luck with your purchase!

Windows Tablet with Attachable Keyboard
Makes for a nice lightweight affordable laptop with kickstand. However, be aware that what you are actually getting is a Windows tablet with an attachable keyboard; so certain drivers like Canon printer drivers may not install and work correctly.
