Totally worth it!
This massager is seriously one of the best things I’ve bought lately! Super easy to use — just plug it in and go. I first tried it in the car right after it arrived, and wow, the pressure was perfect. My friend in the back seat gave it a try too and loved it!You can adjust the strength and choose different massage modes, which is great. Later I used it again at home — on the couch, then on my bed — and it felt amazing. I even flip it around to use on my neck while watching my iPad, and it’s so relaxing I almost fall asleep every time.Totally worth the price — great quality, strong pressure, and super relaxing. Highly recommend!

Moderately Good
Moderately good, and helpful for arthritic neck. I set massage force to lowest level, and heat to highest level–which is just barely warm. Way too rough for my lower back–even on lowest massage setting. This is an AC-powered device, with a DC adapter for the car. Don’t waste money on any device that is USB or battery powered. They are pretty much worthless.

Compact but powerful! Great for at home or in the car
This is so easy to use at home or at work! Even better, I can use it in my car! It came with two power source plugs, one for the car and one with a regular AC adapter for at home. I love using it for my lower back and for my upper back / traps and in between my shoulders ♥️I love that it’s firm but not so hard that it hurts! If you want more pressure you just lean back on it harder.I would definitely recommend this and I’m considering getting more for my family members!

Best Neck & Back Massager
purchased the Omassa ShaituNeck massager because I suffer from severe upper back and neck stiffness after long days at my computer. I was a bit skeptical after trying other massagers, but this one really works! The deep-kneading shiatsu nodes are incredibly powerful and effectively work out stubborn knots. I love the optional heat function, which adds a soothing warmth that enhances muscle relaxation. The device is made of high-quality, breathable mesh fabric, which feels comfortable against the skin. Its very quiet.

Fits well in small chairs and even car seats
Its pretty decent sized and feels great. It felt great on the upper back and the instructions are so easy to understand. I love the pouch on the side where the remote goes. It also comes with a car adapter so you can put it in your car seat. The quality is great and has been working really good.

One of the best I’ve tried
Wow! I only just received this massager yesterday, and its already worth every penny. I cant speak to its longevity, but I’ve broken almost every massager or knot cane I’ve had. My back is trash. And I have a lot of scar tissue from a chest reduction surgery that has caused tightness around the scarred areas. I also deal with a chronic tightness in my hips/flexors and legs.This thing is powerful. I personally prefer the “hurts so good” shiatsu – and this has been able to get into the most difficult and problematic areas where other devices couldn’t. Within the first couple of uses I was feeling ‘pops’ of relief and could feel mobility improving.The size is perfect, though a little smaller than what I imagined from the photos – but its great as-is. The shape/design allow for great versatility- I’ve been using it on all areas of my back, hammies, and calves.If you’re not used to rough/shiatsu massages, definitely start on lower settings and times. Some of my tighter spots like lower back are a little sore today but I expected it.Make sure you allow the device cool down time between uses. I waited maybe 20 mins at one point, and the device turned on but didn’t massage. I was worried I had already broken it, but it just hadn’t cooled down enough yet.If you struggle with lots of knots and are looking for a versatile and powerful shiatsu massager, this is absolutely recommended.
