This massager is good for lying flat. Like the different program choices and it’s not too heavy to move from one place to another like my previous one. For the price it’s good quality, soft and relaxes my body after exercising. However, I prefer to have a massager that I can use in my chair.

Lightweight heavyhitter
I enjoyed the Air Stretch mat by this company so decided to try the massager. We are experiencing heavy snow and ice and husband needed some recuperation. The mat is so easy to use, literally took it out the box, placed in recliner, plugged it in & reclined. Mid intensity and high heat was setting he chose and he loves it. Did two 20 minute sessions and said his back and shoulders felt much better. Think we will look at some more of this companys stuff. Hubs said having our own was cheaper than my monthly spa bill. 😉😆😆

I love this heating massage mat. It is so nice after a long day or even when you’re a little chilly. I prop it up on my couch or lay it down on my bed before I go to sleep. I am 5’3 and it fits my size perfectly. Very comfortable. I like that it wraps up into an easy to bag, too. It does the job and more.
