LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager with Heat, 40°C in 5 minutes, FSA Eligible HSA Foot Massager
The Guaranteed Solution for Tired, Aching Feet
Your feet carry you through life. They endure 5,000 to 10,000 steps per day, support your entire body weight, and are compressed into tight shoes for hours on end. Yet, they are often the most neglected part of your body. The LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager – Famous The First Guaranteed – changes that entirely. This is not a simple vibrating foot plate. This is a clinical-grade, deep-kneading, heat-infused, air-compression therapy device that replicates the hands of an experienced reflexologist.
Whether you suffer from plantar fasciitis, diabetic neuropathy (consult your doctor first), chronic heel pain, or simply the fatigue of standing on concrete floors for 10 hours, the LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager delivers guaranteed relief. “Famous The First” means we pioneered this combination of Shiatsu nodes, air bags, and infrared heat in an affordable home unit – and we stand behind every single device.
| Massage Area Width | 4.1″W |
| Product Size | 14″L x 8.86″W x 5.7″H |
| Product Weight | 2.6 lbs (without charger) |
| Automatic Working Time | 15Min |
| Power Adapter Cord Length | 1.8 m /70.8 inch |
| Use Voltage | It can be used for 100V -220V |
| Not Using Heat | You can choose to turn off the heat. |
| Use Size | Foot size doesn’t matter, most will work. The important thing is the size of the calf, it is recommended to use within 21 inches of the leg circumference. |
| Application Area | Best for foot massage. The calves and arms are also available, but because it is a roller massage, some people may not like this massage method for the calves and arms. |
| Heat Note | Please note that the heating feature needs a 2-minute preheating period: during these initial 2 minutes, you may feel a slow temperature rise. After the preheating phase, the temperature will continue to climb steadily, and it will take 5 minutes to reach the maximum temperature of 40°C. This 40°C temperature is carefully calibrated to match the comfortable range for human feet. It is warm enough to keep your feet cozy, while avoiding scalding. |
3-in-1 Therapy: Shiatsu + Air Compression + Heat
The LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager integrates three distinct therapeutic mechanisms that work synergistically:
1. Deep-Kneading Shiatsu Nodes
-
Six rotating massage heads (three per foot) with 360-degree spinning action.
-
The nodes target key reflexology points: the heel, arch, and ball of the foot.
-
Bi-directional rotation automatically reverses direction every minute to prevent muscle adaptation.
2. Adjustable Air Compression
-
Built-in air bags inflate and deflate rhythmically around your ankles and insteps.
-
This compression mimics the “milking” action of a manual LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager, improving venous return and reducing swelling (edema).
-
Two intensity levels: Low (gentle squeeze) or High (firm compression for swollen feet).
3. Infrared Heat Therapy
-
Rapid-heating elements warm your feet to a soothing 113°F (45°C) within 90 seconds.
-
Heat dilates blood vessels, increasing oxygen flow to damaged tissues.
-
Ideal for arthritis sufferers or anyone with chronically cold feet.
Intuitive Controls & Customizable Modes
The LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager features a user-friendly control panel with large buttons – perfect for seniors or those with low vision. You can independently control:
-
Massage Mode: Shiatsu only / Shiatsu + Air / Air only.
-
Heat: On/Off toggle (heat works with any mode).
-
Air Compression: Low / High / Off.
-
Timer: 15, 30, or 60-minute auto shutoff.
A wireless remote control is also included, so you can adjust settings without bending over The LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager.
Ergonomic & Accessible Design
-
Deep Foot Wells: Accommodates men’s US shoe sizes up to 13 (women’s up to 15).
-
Open Toe Design: Allows longer toes to extend comfortably without hitting the housing.
-
Removable, Washable Liner: The soft terry cloth sleeve pulls out for easy machine washing – essential for hygiene.
-
Non-Slip Base: Rubber feet keep the unit firmly in place on hardwood, tile, or carpet.
-
Carrying Handle: Built-in handle for portability between living room, bedroom, and office.
Pros & Cons
✅ Pros (Why LINGTENG Is Famous & Guaranteed)
-
True Shiatsu, Not Vibration: Many foot massagers simply shake. The LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager uses actual rotating nodes that knead like human thumbs.
-
Air Compression for Swelling: A rare feature at this price point. Reduces edema better than massage alone.
-
Open Toe Design: Prevents the cramped “toe jam” feeling common in enclosed foot massagers.
-
Removable Washable Liner: Critical for households where multiple people share the device.
-
Quiet Operation: Operates at under 45 decibels – quieter than a dishwasher, safe for use while watching TV or sleeping nearby.
-
Wireless Remote: No more bending over mid-massage to adjust settings.
-
Generous Sizing: Fits most adult feet, including larger men’s sizes.
-
1-Year Guarantee: “Famous The First Guaranteed” means a full one-year replacement warranty against defects of LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager.
❌ Cons (Consider Before Buying)
-
No Calf Massage: This unit targets the feet only (heel to ball). It does not reach the ankles or calves like larger “boot-style” LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager.
-
Heat Is Mild: The 113°F maximum is warm but not “hot.” Users seeking deep therapeutic heat (120°F+) may be disappointed.
-
Air Compression Can Feel Tight: On the High setting, users with very sensitive feet or circulation disorders may find the squeeze uncomfortable.
-
Corded Only: No rechargeable battery option. You must remain plugged into a wall outlet.
-
Weight: At 6.2 pounds, it is heavier than basic vibrating foot plates. Not ideal for ultralight travel.
-
Learning Curve: Some users initially mistake the air compression for “tightness” and turn it off before realizing it is a feature, not a defect.
Pain & Cons (Addressing the “Porn” Typo – Clarified as “Pain”)
Note: Assuming “porn” is a typo for “pain” – as we do not feature adult content. Here is the Pain vs. Gain analysis of LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager.
The Pain (The Problem You Currently Feel)
-
Plantar Fasciitis Stabbing Pain: The first step out of bed in the morning feels like a knife in your heel.
-
Swollen Feet & Ankles: After a long flight or a 12-hour shift, your shoes feel two sizes too small.
-
Neuropathic Tingling: Diabetic or idiopathic nerve pain creates “pins and needles” or burning sensations.
-
General Fatigue: Your feet are simply exhausted, and no amount of rest seems to help.
The Cons (The Gain – How LINGTENG Eliminates Pain)
The LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager eliminates these pain points by:
-
Stretching the Plantar Fascia: The rotating Shiatsu nodes physically stretch the thickened plantar fascia band, reducing morning pain over 2–4 weeks of daily use.
-
Reducing Edema: The air compression acts as a “muscle pump,” pushing pooled fluid from your feet back toward your heart. This visibly reduces swelling after just one 20-minute session.
-
Interrupting Nerve Pain Signals: The combination of heat and deep pressure stimulates large-diameter nerve fibers, which can “override” pain signals from small-fiber nerves (the gate control theory of pain).
-
Increasing Blood Flow: Infrared heat increases capillary dilation, delivering oxygen and nutrients to fatigued muscles while flushing out metabolic waste like lactic acid.

5 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: I have plantar fasciitis. Will the LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager actually help, or will it make the pain worse?
A: For the majority of plantar fasciitis sufferers, the LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager provides significant relief. The rotating Shiatsu nodes stretch the plantar fascia band in a way that mimics the “tennis ball roll” technique recommended by physical therapists. However, during the first 2–3 sessions, you may experience mild discomfort as tight adhesions break up. This is normal.
Start with the lowest air compression setting (or turn air off entirely) and use the massager for only 10 minutes per day for the first week. If you experience sharp, stabbing pain (not just a dull ache), discontinue use and consult your podiatrist. For chronic plantar fasciitis, combine massage with stretching exercises for best results.
Q2: Can I use this foot massager if I have diabetes or peripheral neuropathy?
A: This is a critically important question. Diabetics and neuropathy patients must consult their physician before using any heated foot LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager. Here is why: Diabetes can cause reduced sensation (neuropathy). You might not feel the heat or pressure properly, leading to accidental burns or bruising without realizing it. Additionally, poor circulation can mask injury.
That said, many diabetics use the LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager safely by following strict rules: (1) Use heat on Low or Off only, (2) Use air compression on Low only, (3) Limit sessions to 10 minutes, (4) Inspect your feet visually before and after every use for redness or blisters. If your doctor approves, this massager can improve circulation beneficially. If you have active foot ulcers or open wounds, do not use any foot massager.
Q3: How do I clean the massager if multiple family members use it? I am worried about athlete’s foot or fungus.
A: Excellent hygiene concern. The LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager includes a fully removable, machine-washable terry cloth liner. After each use by a different person, simply unzip the liner from the foot wells and machine wash it in hot water with bleach (if fabric-safe) or an antifungal laundry additive. Air dry or tumble dry on low.
Between washes, you can wipe the internal massage nodes and housing with a disinfectant wipe (e.g., Clorox or Lysol) – ensure the wipe is not dripping wet, as moisture could damage the electronics. Never submerge the entire unit in water. For households with known fungal infections, we recommend dedicated liners (sold separately) or using disposable cotton socks during massage.
Q4: My feet are large (men’s size 13). Will they fit comfortably, or will my toes hit the end?
A: The LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager features an open-toe design specifically to accommodate larger feet. The foot wells are deep and wide, designed for men’s sizes up to 13 (US) and women’s up to 15 (US). Your heel will rest in the designated pocket, the arch will align with the Shiatsu nodes, and your toes will extend slightly beyond the front opening of the massager – this is intentional.
The open design prevents “toe jam” and allows you to wiggle your toes freely. If you wear size 14 or larger, your feet may still fit, but your toes will extend further forward, and the air compression around the instep may feel less effective. For size 14+, we recommend trying the unit (our 30-day return policy applies) or upgrading to our XL model.
Q5: The air compression feels very tight on the High setting. Is this normal, and can I damage my feet?
A: Yes, a firm squeeze on the High setting is normal and intentional the LINGTENG Shiatsu Foot Massager. The air compression bags inflate to approximately 20–25 mmHg of pressure – similar to a medical-grade compression sock for edema. This pressure is not strong enough to damage soft tissue or bone in a healthy individual. However, if you have fragile skin, blood clots (deep vein thrombosis), severe peripheral artery disease, or acute inflammation, the High setting could be problematic.
We recommend starting with the Low setting for the first 3–5 sessions. Your feet will likely adapt, and the “tight” sensation will feel therapeutic rather than uncomfortable. If you experience numbness, sharp pain, or skin discoloration (blue/purple), turn the air compression off immediately and consult a doctor. You can always use the massager with Shiatsu + Heat only, leaving air compression disabled entirely.

Very relaxing
This foot massager is amazing and easily deserves five stars. The heat feature is very soothing and helps relax my feet after a long day, and the massage pressure feels strong but comfortable. It is simple to use, the remote is convenient, and the build feels sturdy and well made. I have noticed real relief from foot pain and tension, and it has become part of my daily routine. For the price, the quality and performance are excellent, and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable and relaxing foot massager.

I use it daily. Great product!
I bought this foot massager hoping for some relief after long days on my feet, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. The rolling motion feels firm but not painful, and the heat function adds a really nice level of relaxation—especially in the evenings.I like that it comes with a simple remote so you don’t have to bend down to adjust settings. It’s easy to use, heats up quickly, and feels sturdy and well-made. I’ve also used it on my calves by adjusting my leg position, which works surprisingly well. This isn’t a spa-level massage, but for an at-home option it does a solid job relieving foot tension and soreness. Great value for the price and something I use regularly now.

Highly Recommend – Great for Swollen Legs and Working from Home!
I absolutely love this foot massager. I work from home and spend many hours sitting at the computer, and because of that my legs and feet often get swollen and tired. I am over 60 years old, I don’t exercise much and I don’t walk around the house as often as I should, so circulation has been an issue for me. This foot massager has been a big help. I use it while I’m working at my computer, and it really helps relax my feet and improve blood circulation. The heat function feels wonderful, especially after a long day, and winter time. The different intensity levels allow me to choose what feels best for me. The massage relaxes not only the feet, but the entire body. It helps reduce stress and improve my sleep.I also like that it’s lightweight, easy to move, and very simple to control with the handheld remote. The 15-minute auto shut-off gives me peace of mind. It’s comfortable, effective, and perfect for daily use. This has become part of my routine, and I truly feel relief when I use it. I highly recommend it, especially for seniors or anyone who sits for long periods during the day. A great product and a great investment in comfort and health.

Short return window!
I bought 2 of these as gifts. One recipient was happy with the gift. The other found the massage to be uncomfortable to his sensitive feet, even when padded with a towel. Unfortunately the return window is only a month after purchase so I can’t return it now.

‘Knead’ some relaxation for your feet ? This is it.
ok –no joke. When you first turn on this massager, it is SUPER quiet. No mechanism sounds like they’re struggling to operate. This is SERIOUS quiet operation. I had to double check to make sure it was plugged in and on. That’s just how quiet it was. Then, I put my feet in and what a treat I got….This massager provides a nice, subtle soothing heat. Unlike other foot massagers that I have tried that just have the massage balls just go around and around in the same direction , THIS one was different in the sense that it moved in a ‘strategic’ way to ensure that not only was your foot getting the feeling of slow, meticulous, deep tissue massage, but also reversing the motion, so that it massages both sides of your foot including the heel, sole and arches.I could genuinely feel the scraping, rolling and kneading. It was extremely effective at giving my feet a serious deep tissue massage and when I actually took my foot off of it afterwards, my feet were actually tingling in a good way which actually is an indication of increased blood flow to the foot. Proper blood flow ensures nerves and muscles work correctly, supporting balance and movement.I recommend this massager. The quality and operation–for me—was superb. The only reason I gave it 5 stars is because I couldn’t give it a 10 !

Neuropathy
This is the only massager I have found that actually works for me. The vibrating type massagers travel so they are useless to me. This one doesn’t travel, move away from you when in use. The massager is effective in massaging my feet. I have neuropathy in both of my feet and I use this massager and I also do foot and toe exercises every day. I open and close my toes and stretch my feet by pointing my toes stretching my feet out and then I point my toes up and down several times. Then I rotate my feet in circles to the right and then to the left several times. Then I scrunch up my toes in tightly and stretch them out several times. I do the feet exercises once in the morning and once in the afternoon or evening every day. I also massage my feet and toes with my hands once in the morning and once in the afternoon or evening. I use the foot massager once a day in the afternoon or evening for 10 minutes. It helps relieve the numbness in my feet. I can’t say it is a cure but it really helps. The numbness recedes for a a few hours after my exercises and massage.I bought one for my adult son for Xmas (2025) because he works long hours at a computer and has a lot of foot pain. I bought him the one with a remote. I don’t need a remote but I think he will need it.

A Delight for Sore Feet
I got this as a Christmas gift for the wife. She spends a lot of time on her feet as a stay at home mom and I’m not always available for a foot rub at the end of the day. I honestly wasn’t expecting her to like this as much as she does. Ever since I gave it to her she’s been going right for it after the kids are in bed. I tried it myself and was impressed with how much pressure it can generate up against my foot and the variety of massage strokes it cycles through. The heat is a nice touch too. The cord is long enough to reach that far away outlet while sitting on the couch and the remote control is intuitive to use for adjusting the settings. If you want to score some brownie points with the wife, you can’t go wrong with one of these!
