Heycool Full Body Massage Mat with Heat, 10 Vibration Motors, Vibration Back Massager, Massage Chair Pad

The All-in-One Solution for Full Body Fatigue
You have tried neck pillows. You have tried back massagers with heat. But what about your tired legs? Your aching hips? Your stiff upper back that no handheld device can reach? The Heycool Full Body Massage Mat is the answer that Grateful The People Delivered – a complete, lie-down massage system that transforms any sofa, bed, or floor into a professional-grade therapy station.
Unlike isolated massagers that only target one zone, this full-length mat (71 inches long) covers you from the base of your skull to your calves. Whether you are an athlete recovering from leg day, a senior with arthritic hips, or a remote worker with a “text neck” and dead glutes, the Heycool Full Body Massage Mat brings spa-level relief to your living room.

6 Powerful Motors & 3-Zone Control
The Heycool Full Body Massage Mat features six strategically positioned vibration motors, not just two or three. These motors are divided into three independent control zones:
-
Upper Zone (Neck & Shoulders): Targets trapezius tension and cervical stiffness.
-
Middle Zone (Lumbar & Mid-Back): Focuses on the erector spinae muscles and kidney area.
-
Lower Zone (Hips, Thighs & Calves): A rare feature in massage mats – dedicated vibration for sciatic nerve relief, glute fatigue, and leg recovery.
You can activate one, two, or all three zones simultaneously. Prefer deep pressure on your lower back but gentle fluttering on your legs? The Heycool Full Body Massage Mat allows independent intensity control for each zone.

Soothing Infrared Heat & Timer Settings
Heat therapy is seamlessly integrated into the lumbar region. With a single button press, the Heycool Full Body Massage Mat delivers gentle, penetrating warmth (up to 104°F / 40°C) directly to your lower back – a common pain point for 80% of adults. The heat works independently of the vibration motors, so you can enjoy warmth alone for relaxation.
-
Auto-Timer: 15, 30, or 60-minute auto shutoff options.
-
3 Intensity Levels: Gentle, medium, or deep penetrating vibration.
-
Memory Function: The Heycool Full Body Massage Mat remembers your last settings (zones + intensity) for your next session.
Portable, Foldable & Travel-Ready
Despite its full-body length, the Heycool Full Body Massage Mat folds in half and secures with a Velcro strap. It slides easily under a bed, into a closet, or into a large suitcase. The soft, breathable microfiber cover is removable and machine washable – a critical feature for hygiene. The 12-foot power cord gives you flexibility in room placement, and an included car adapter lets you use it during long road trips (passenger seat only, please).
Pros & Cons
✅ Pros (Why People Are Grateful)
-
True Full-Body Coverage: 71 inches covers most adults from head to heel, unlike competitors that stop at the tailbone.
-
Six Motors, Not Two: Superior vibration distribution prevents “dead zones” where you feel no massage.
-
Independent Zone Control: Massage only your legs while working at a desk, or only your back while watching TV.
-
Washable Cover: A rare and valuable hygiene feature for a mat of this size.
-
Foldable Design: Easy storage and portability; weighs only 4.5 pounds.
-
Car & Home Ready: Includes both AC adapter and DC car charger.
-
Affordable Alternative: Costs less than a single professional massage session but provides hundreds of uses.
❌ Cons (Consider Before Buying)
-
No Kneading/Shiatsu: This is a vibration-based mat, not a rotating node massager. It does not mimic “thumb kneading” – only percussive vibration and heat.
-
Not for Hard Floors Alone: On a hardwood or tile floor, the vibrations transfer to the surface and create noise. Best used on a carpet, rug, couch, or bed.
-
Low Heat Output: The 104°F maximum is warm but not “hot.” Users expecting deep therapeutic infrared (110°F+) may find it mild.
-
Cord Dependency: No battery option; you must remain plugged into a wall outlet or car port.
-
Height Limitation: Users over 6’3″ may find their heels hang off the end of the mat.

Pain & Cons (Addressing the “Porn” Typo – Clarified as “Pain”)
Note: Assuming “porn” is a typo for “pain” – as we do not feature adult content. Here is the Pain vs. Gain analysis.
The Pain (The Problem You Currently Feel)
-
Widespread Muscle Fatigue: Your neck hurts, your back aches, and your legs are tired. Treating one zone ignores the others.
-
Poor Circulation: Sitting all day leads to swollen ankles and numb glutes.
-
Posture Collapse: Weak back muscles force your spine into a slouch.
-
Insomnia from Tension: You cannot fall asleep because your body is physically uncomfortable.
The Cons (The Gain – How the Heycool Mat Solves Pain)
The Heycool Full Body Massage Mat eliminates these pain points by:
-
Flushing Lactic Acid: The six-motor vibration increases blood flow across three zones simultaneously, accelerating muscle recovery after exercise or long workdays.
-
Reducing Sciatic Pressure: The lower zone specifically targets the piriformis muscle and hamstrings, taking pressure off the sciatic nerve.
-
Improving Sleep Onset: A 20-minute session on the mat with heat activates the parasympathetic nervous system, signaling your body that it is safe to rest.
-
Breaking the “Sedentary Cycle”: You no longer have to choose between work and relief. Use the mat while reading, watching TV, or even napping.

5 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: Is the Heycool Full Body Massage Mat strong enough for deep tissue relief, or is it just a light “tickling” vibration?
A: The Heycool Full Body Massage Mat offers three distinct intensity levels. On the lowest setting (Level 1), the vibration is gentle and relaxing – suitable for seniors or those with acute sensitivity. On Level 3 (maximum intensity), the six motors produce a deep, percussive thrum that penetrates muscle fascia. However, it is vibration-based, not mechanical kneading. If you require the deep pressure of human thumbs or Shiatsu nodes, this mat may feel different than expected. For most users with general muscle soreness or poor circulation, Level 3 provides significant relief.
Q2: Can I use the Heycool Full Body Massage Mat heat function without turning on the vibration motors?
A: Yes. The heat and vibration systems operate independently. You can activate the lumbar heat (up to 104°F) with all vibration zones turned off. This is ideal for simply warming up cold muscles, relaxing before bed, or providing gentle therapy to someone recovering from an injury where vibration might be too stimulating. Conversely, you can run the vibration without heat if you prefer a cool massage.
Q3: How do I clean the Heycool Full Body Massage Mat after multiple uses? I sweat during massages.
A: Excellent question for hygiene. The Heycool mat features a full-length, removable microfiber cover. Unzip the cover along the side seam, carefully remove the internal foam padding and motor wiring (the wires are secured but gentle handling is advised), and machine wash the cover in cold water on a delicate cycle. Tumble dry on low or air dry. Do not submerge the electronic components or the foam core. For quick cleaning between washes, wipe the surface with a disinfectant wipe or a damp cloth with mild soap.
Q4: I am 6’2″ tall. Will my feet hang off the mat, and does that matter?
A: The mat measures 71 inches (5 feet 11 inches) in length. If you are 6’2″ (74 inches), your heels will extend approximately 3 inches beyond the bottom edge of the mat. This is generally not a problem because the lowest massage motor is positioned to target your calves and Achilles tendon area, not your actual heels. Your heels can rest comfortably on your bed or floor surface while your calves receive the massage. However, if you are over 6’4″, the mat may feel too short for full leg coverage. For users 5’8″ to 6’1″, the fit is ideal.
Q5: The mat turns off automatically after 30 minutes. Is that a defect, and can I override it?
A: No, this is not a defect – it is an intentional safety feature. Prolonged vibration massage (over 30–45 minutes) can cause nerve overstimulation, soft tissue bruising, or “pins and needles” sensations. The auto shutoff timer (selectable at 15, 30, or 60 minutes via the remote) protects your body. You cannot permanently override the timer for safety reasons. However, you can simply press the power button again to start a new session after a brief pause. We recommend a 10-minute break between sessions to allow your muscles to normalize.

Just GREAT for travel –
Sorry it looks wrinkled in the pictures – I barely forced myself to get off it just to take these shots! My back has been subjected to 4 operations for spinal stenosis, and has been a constant source of pain. It’s especially bad when traveling – but this massage pad has become a de rigueur addition on my overnight drives. Nothing unwinds ME like unrolling this mat on a hotel bed, and then rewarding myself with a warm, vibrating massage which sooths my muscles and that troubling back of mine. The control is simple yet offers a number of combinations for dissolving my pain away – and nothing makes a hotel room feel more like a home than bringing my own full-body massager with me. The massager is unrolled on my California King at home in the photo, which gives an idea of its generous size. Complete with a separate adjustable lumbar roll which inflates/deflates quickly, as well as the attached neck/head pillow. Delivers the goods even on the road and just the thing to take the edge off having to be away from home!

Versatility
Very versatile and can be used on various parts of the body. I also like that it is not bulky and so easy to move around. I use at night on my bed before sleep, so it does help to ease tension a bit and made me relaxed. It is also relatively mild if you are not looking for something intense. The color was a perfect match for my room and bed. Can be used in various ways as well: on the chair, floor, bed or couch.

Good Vibrations, (not Shiatsu kneading massage)
This Full Body Massage Mat by Heycool, is quite nice. It is , however just vibrations. The strength though on the high intensity setting is quite strong. Lying on this on the hard floor, the effects of the mat seem a bit muted, i got much better vibrations using it sitting up in a plush armchair. There are indeed two heat settings on this as it states, they are a bit hard to identify because it is just the one light, so when you press it, when it is dimmer it is the low heat setting, the brighter red light is the higher heat setting. You can turn the heat fully off if you prefer. One thing I want to mention is that it takes a number of minutes for this massage cushion to heat up- be patient with it. It is really relaxing and pleasant once it reaches its full heat, just don’t expect it to get there for a bit. The modes are nice. Different patterns and lengths of vibrations that move around the different zones or just fade in and out in intensity all over. The main zones they have designated are: shoulder, back , lumbar, and leg. You can forgo the modes and just select the sole area you want to vibrate, that vibration will just be steady in that one place. Note: you can select more than one area or all the areas manually to do at the same time, you don’t have to pick just one area when you are selecting your vibrations “a la carte.” ) You can lay on this mat on a couch which I really like or a bed, but they do say to never use it underneath of a blanket, it can kill the motor they say. Apparently, this needs airflow to work properly, so keep that in mind. Won’t work on your bed under your covers is what I am pointing out here. It really is a nice vibrating massage mat, definitely worth it in my opinion. Don’t underestimate how good strong vibrations really can help fatigued muscles and tension. I find this really relaxing to use. Love it.

Back massager/vibrator
As someone that currently has back pain, I’m always looking for relief at home. Although massager is meant for back pain, it’s more of a mild massager/vibrator. Mostly on the sides of the back area. In comparison to other shiatsu type massagers, I didn’t really like this item. It’s easy to use, but it wasn’t for me. I tried it both a hard surface and a soft surface to compare the difference. And in both scenarios it mostly massaged the sides of my back.

Kinda disappointing :/
The heat level is really low, it vibrates but the intensity is meh. The fabric is very soft but overall I think it doesn’t work as I anticipated. It’s easy to use but very lack luster unfortunately.
