Effective and reliable.
This has lasted me almost 8 years already. It’s strong and really help to work out stubborn knots. The customer service is wonderful and very human. I recently lost my power cord and they are sending me a new one even though I now live across the globe.

UPDATE — Aug 22, 2017Well, Zyllion did exactly as promised. As noted below, the same day I emailed them they responded, and mailed me the replacement with a tracking number. Well, on Friday, Aug 18, I had the replacement cover!!I’ll just quote from the email I just sent them, of course via the Amazon contact seller system (which itself is a fantastic system, since Amazon thus can supervise the communication process in case there are problems, and prevent a seller from getting away with spam, phishing, etc.)”Just wanted you to know that I received the replacement cover, and have already replaced the damaged one. I was blown away by how easy it was to do so. Even for this not-as mechanically involved person, I saw simple details, especially in the manner in which the switch is built, which made replacing the cover a piece of cake.”The manner in which you have taken care of this issue for me has thoroughly cemented my relationship with your company and this product. Should I need any other product, I now know where to get it.”Thank you for demonstrating that there still are companies who truly are consumer oriented, and even go beyond what one might normally expect. Thank you, Zyllion!!!UPDATE — Aug 16, 2017I initially gave a 5 star review after purchasing my “Zyllion ZMA13BK Shiatsu Pillow Massager with Heat” two years ago. At the time I was still working as a personal financial advisor (25 years) out of my home office. Since I’ve had lower back pain for a long time, I’ve used various “Shiatsu” type massagers, including a full back and seat device (this last one had very limited benefits, even though it cost me an arm and a leg.Well, initially I would often use it off and on much of my work day, which was mostly desk bound (I had clients scattered up and down the east coast, with a heavy concentration in SW Florida, and a smaller exposure here in western Maryland, who had been with me for a long time, so much of the work was done by phone and online, though I still scheduled face-to-face meetings in my clients’ homes, including an yearly trip to Florida).And oh did it feel great. I especially loved these features:~~ The heat setting!!~~ Regularly changes directions.~~ The controls couldn’t be easier.~~ Very compact, making it easier to move around (see next comment)~~ And very light, so makes it easier to move around my mid to lower back.In many ways, the best was yet to come. Not so much that for the last year or so I’m about 90% retired (for chronic daily migraines–23 years)–yes, that has helped things a whole lot. Thus I don’t sit with our computer by our office desk like in the past–no more than about 1-2 hrs/day. But when I do, it is so nice to have my Zyllion Shiatsu Massager. Unfortunately, a tear began to develop on the fabric mesh cover.I figured that’s the way it is (since it was beyond the 1-yr warranty period), so I continued to use it, but only when I absolutely needed it badly. Slowly the tear became bigger. I tried to solution that all men have for any of life’s problems–good old duct tape!! Except that, not surprisingly, the moving “rollers ball-like massagers” would briefly get caught in the adhesive of the exposed duct tape.Then I noticed that there is a zipper which goes nearly all the way around the massager housing. I unzipped it, and figured I could place some duct take on the inside, and this way “protect” the adhesive on the outside. No doing, since there is constant friction between the rollers. (I’m sure you engineering brains out there would have predicted all this, but I’m a past preacher and financial advisor, not a mechanical engineer.)By the way, I was way impressed by the simplicity of design and the semi-rigid and yet soft “housing” all around the motor and the two sets of moving rollers. Since I was “defeated” in my homemade solutions, I decided to look around the link to the product, and see if I could find anything of help. I was once again impressed by the very high numbers of highly satisfied customers, like myself.Then I noticed a statement in one of the photos, which I’ve attached. It stated, “Free Replacement Cover Service.” I just about fell off my chair. So I decided to recheck the questions section, to see if anyone else had run into this problem. Sure enough, and the response from Zyllion had been quite fast, as in this answer to a certain Carlo D., who asked, just less than 2 weeks ago, on Friday, August 4, 2017—”I need to replace the cover please help”Zyllion Customer Service immediately responded the very next business day, Monday August 7, 2017—”Dear Carlo:”Thank you for your comment!”We will gladly ship to you a brand new replacement cover at no additional cost.”I almost fell off my chair a second time. So I immediately wrote to them, sending my message using the Amazon internal system of communicating with a vendor, shortly after midnight TODAY (12:30 am EDT). By 12:07 pm EDT, not quite 12 hours after writing to them, I had an answer from them, saying that they would indeed send me a replacement cover; they just needed my address.While writing this, here at 3:17 pm EDT, they already put my replacement cover in the mail to me, with a tracking number from the USPS.They closed that response with the following, “Please contact us with any further questions or concerns. At Zyllion, your complete customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.”Well, plenty of companies will say that “customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.” Hogwash. That’s just fancy talk which is rarely delivered in my experience (I’ll soon turn 65, so I’ve been in this game for a long time). Except for a few exceptional companies like American Express, and now I’ve added Amazon to that list (I’ve been a client now for 19 years!!!), it is mostly just talk.ZYLLION IS NOT JUST TALK. THEY DELIVER. With an exceptional product. And I can now add, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I’ll be singing your praises near and far from now on!!!

Great little, portable massager
The massager is very sturdy and quite strong with the rotating heads massaging and continuing to spin despite weight put on it, while lying down on it or putting a leg or whole body side onto it. My wife loves it and uses it the most, and this is our second one, same model.There is a problem with the wiring fraying with repetitive use or its having on-off-on again connectivity issues. I wrapped the wire around the insulation with additional wire wrap near the wire going into the device, the connector parts, and it’s working better, it seems. I did this right after unboxing after the 1-year (warranty extended to 2-year) warranty replacement. The warranty replacement went smoothly, the operator friendly, nice.Other than the wiring, great product. Great price point too, although we’ve used and have owned much more expensive massagers, my wife keeps using this one and asked for the same make, model, despite my offering to buy her a more high-end one. She says it’s easier to use while on the sofa watching tv or doing work at home.

Easy to Use, Comfortable, and Effective
I really like this Shiatsu Back and Neck Massager with Heat. It’s very convenient and easy to use on different parts of the body. You don’t have to hold it in place — you simply rest the body part you want to massage on it, and it does the work for you. This makes it especially comfortable and hands-free. The heat feature is a great addition and feels very soothing, helping to relax tight muscles even more. Overall, it’s effective, comfortable, and very versatile. I would definitely recommend it.

What a nice surprize !
I am impressed with the quick delivery, and the quality of the product, thank you Amazon !I LOVE IT !!!I’m so glad Ihat ‘ve bought it.The product kneads my neck muscles very well. It feels like a physiotherapist digging into your neck muscles to loosen the neck spasms/knots that were painful for about 2 weeks.The product is good, you can use it in the car’s cigatrette lighter as well when on the road.I know how to do neck manipulation myself to alugn my spine, I’ve tried many times but unsuccessful.This product loosened my neck muscles and with the 2nd massage… voila❤️When I manipulated my neck alignment I heard the ‘popping’ sound with no struggle at all. I’ve walked with neck pain for 2 weeks and tonight I can sleep without pain. My muscles is a bit tender where I had the spasms but my pain is relieved! I think I will be OK tomorrow. This is a God given gift for myself.The quality of the product is good.I put this neck massager on a pillow when lying on my bed and I have to shift my neck into the right position that I can feel it targets the right place where I had the problem. Of course it hurts.. just as the physiotherapists hurts when they dig with their elbow in the muscle ‘knots’ to relax the muscle and spasms.I am very happy with the product ! And I recommend this product to everyone I know.I wish I’ve bought it a long time ago! .I did read a lot of reviews of the cheaper ones.. and when I saw the quality was not good and the materials ripped quickly…I knew this is what I’m looking for. If you just wants to be ‘pampered’ go for the vibrating pillows. But if you have neck spasms, this is the thing you’re looking for.It’s like like gym. Your muscles is going to be sensitive for the 1st few times after a few ‘work out’s’ that’s normal until you get used to it.It has automatic cycles where the bigger rolling balls massage downwards and the the smaller kneading balls goes upwards for variation.I put this sweetheart ontop of another pillow that the pillos is slightly in a 45 degree angle and my head slightly bend forward. Feel with your hands where the kneading balls works and positioned your self in the right position that the massage knobs massage the right place for reliefI’m really impressed with this product!

Good product – Very suspicious customer service experience
First of all, I love this massager. It delivers a quality massage and is very competitively priced. This unit delivers a 20 minute massage and can be used for the back and neck area. Other reviewers have made a couple of good points that I’d like to underscore as well. The provided cord is too short. I had to improvise with a power tap in order to get a workable position that didn’t get in the way. The massager has a car adapter, though I have no plans to use this. I’ve found quickly found using this massager left me very relaxed and ready to go to sleep. So I use it just before going to bed at night, so I’d caution anyone against using this in a vehicle if you are driving. This massager works that well. That being said, I have to bring up an issue I had when I ordered this product. I ordered it on March 20th. I remember seeing a notice ‘only two left in stock’. I put my order in. I did notice a couple of days later that they had a notice up advising they would have more on April 5th. I didn’t check my shipping status till the 24th. I got a surprise when I did. The update said the product had NOT been shipped and was scheduled to go out on April 7th – 18 days after I ordered. I sent an email to Zyllion and was pleased to receive a response that same day. Kudos for prompt attention. However, their response left me puzzled. They said I had failed to notice this product was not due to be in stock till April 5h and sent me a screen shot of the page. Problem is that screen shot was of the current status. I am NOT senile and I have shopped Amazon for years. I know where to look to see if the product I want is in stock. If it on backorder, I wait till it is available. That’s where the wish list comes in for me. I’ve never placed an order when product I want is on backorder. NEVER! The email I received implied I had done just that. Now here’s the weird part: I was advised they had found a unit and it had gone out that day. I was told they keep a reserve inventory in case of returns. Convenient. I thought this was sketchy. Maybe true, but it put serious doubt in my mind about Zyllion. I can’t help but feel insulted by the implication that I couldn’t properly read a notice I always look for BEFORE I place an order. Zyllion, I would have accepted an explanation that could have been worded like this: “sorry, when we came to fill your order, we found none available. Please accept our apologies. We will send a unit to you as soon as they are available.” I wouldn’t have been happy about it, but I would have accepted this as plausible – by the time my order came in, others had arrived. After all, I knew there was a limited supply. But no. I get told I was in error. NO DICE! That is why I am rating this only 3 stars. Again, this is a very good product and I’m pleased with it. The explanation your company customer service leaves me angry. Also, it states the email is from a sales manager, but has Zyllion Customer Service as the sender. If it was a sales manager, why not give his/her name? And why, if it was my error, would your email state ‘some customers did not notice the re-stock date on the Amazon product page’. That sounds to me like others have had this experience. Ever think this could be the company’s fault? Did these customers also email a complaint and get filled by your ‘magical reserve inventory’? Be honest with us! Here is my suggestion: When you send a confirmation, indicate to us the back order status. That way, if we happened by chance to miss it, we can exercise our right to cancel our purchase. Second, when you say you are a sales manager and my email was brought to your attention (as mine stated), give your name! Even if it is just your first name and initial of your last name. It creates ownership of the problem and gives the customer a point of contact. Don’t hide behind anonymity! Everything I’ve heard/read about your company is mostly positive. I was pleased with your prompt attention, AND my unit did arrive on the 28th. Thanks for that. But please, be honest with your customers. We, in turn, will sing your praises instead of thinking you are pulling a fast one.

Best of Both Worlds!! Read Before Buying!!
Pros: I really appreciate this machine when it comes to easing sore and stiff muscles with two SOFT silicone covered 3D nodes on each side, total of 4, and the soothing kneading sensation penetrates through stubborn painful knots, especially on my lower back (lumbar/tailbone area). This isn’t cordless, it must be plugged in and that’s a big plus for me because it doesn’t need batteries ! The slate color blends in with my Mynt gray massage chair pad that has ten 3D nodes. This little massage machine sits neatly on top of the Mynt’s seat so I have two options that fits in my Bombay style armchair. I also left an extended review for the Mynt Massage Chair pad ($180.00) for those interested in how that worked.Best of all, the Zyllion Shiatsu Back and Neck pillow massager has a simple 3-setting selection that operates by a one touch button for turning the power on. This will also automatically turn ON the heat function, and pushing the same button twice will turn the heat OFF while the massage nodes continues, and the third time it will shut it completely off if you hold it down for about 3 seconds. Easy and simple, no remote control needed.The electric cord pillow massager can be used to alleviate chronic neck and back pain, arthritis, stress, and even the soles of your feet to reduce overall muscle tension and soreness if desired. This action is accomplished by simple opposing positions against a chair, couch, wall, or floor. Velcro straps are attached to the back, and can secure the massager to an office chair, but I haven’t needed that feature so far. An awesome feature is that it is portable, lightweight enough to use on car headrests for necks, and easily positioned for upper or lower back, pretty much wherever you want to use it! There’s an included car adapter in the box and a soft velvet like cover for those whose skin is extra sensitive. I plan on enjoying this on trips with my partner while he drives!Warranty Coverage: Includes an automatic 1-year warranty (from purchase date), if any issues arise within the first year, they will replace your massager, cover or any accessories according to the company. It isn’t provided by Amazon, but they will cover it for the usual return period of 30 days. Best of all, if you purchase it during the November/December holidays Amazon gives an extended warranty through the end of January 31st of the following year! I purchased this during the Black Friday Sale for $63.95 including tax and shipping.Seriously, it’s one of the BEST gifts I’ve even purchased for myself! Enjoy!!

My most loved item probably
This is the FIFTH time I’ve ordered this massage pillow! The first time for myself, 8ish years ago. My husband commented this is the ONE amazon item I have probably used 3-4 times a week for the last 8 years! The other 3 times I ordered for friends and family members who came to my house and absolutely LOVED IT. After so much use mine finally broke. I think something with the cable actually, but I can safely say I got moneys worth! I finally ordered a new one and so happy to reunite with my best friend. Don’t overthink it, get you a pillow that will make you feel like new!
