Incredible little massager!
This little massager is amazing! I have large hands, and was worried that it would be a tight fit for me, but it is not. I have chronic pain in my hand from 8-10 hours of computer work per day, and this massager alleviates that pain. The 15-minute massage cycle is just enough to relax my hand. The battery life is impressive. It does make a bit of noise while operating, but it is still quiet enough to use while on a conference call without interfering, which is great. On the highest setting, the heat is enough to help relax tight muscles, but not so hot as to be painful or uncomfortable. The massage is very thorough, and feels like a human is massaging you. I can’t say enough good things about this massager, especially for the low price point!

Wonderful, Effective product for hand pain!
This has been an unexpected delight! Sometimes my hands get sore, and this device is so helpful for pain relief and relaxation! The warmth is soothing. The pressure of the massage is comfortable and sufficient. My hand fits pretty well, though I wish it reached all the way to my wrist. I battery seemed to last about 90 minutes. Charging takes 2-3 hours. The pink color is pretty. It’s easy to store on my nightstand. I like to use it while I watch tv shows. I’m very pleased with how effective this little machine is!

I Recommend This: It really helped my joint pain in my fingers!
I was very hesitant to buy this because it received a ‘C’ rating on Fakespot. I looked at all the other hand massagers on Amazon but I wanted one that compressed each finger individually. All the other massagers on Amazon look like they are rebranded copies of the same model that don’t wrap each finger but press up/down instead. I’m not positive on that because I’ve never used any of those. But I can speak on this Comfier massager. (For reference: my hand width is 3.5″, length is 6.75″ from beginning of wrist to tip of the middle finger, and width of fingers is 0.6″)1. Massage: As their photo suggests, this hand massager does wrap around each finger and the other four points and compresses with air; very much like a strong blood pressure cuff. It includes 3 settings of pressure, which defaults at a yellow light indicator or medium. A green light indicates a lighter compression and a red light indicates harder compression. The air pumps in a predetermined routine. Something like this: The palms compress along with the three middle fingers, then decompresses, and the thumb and pinkie compress, along with the palms, and decompresses. The routine makes it feel like it’s rolling/kneading during the massage. BUT the best part of the routine is this! All of the bags compress and hold for a few seconds then release. The feeling is so pleasant when it releases.EDIT: I discovered that pressing the center button changes the routine pattern! So there are 3 massage options to choose from.I personally use the red/highest pressure setting, but medium feels good too. The lightest setting is too light for my liking however I can still feel the compression. For those with larger hands than my tiny man hands, the levels of compression will probably feel all that much better.2. Heating: The heating element only heats the palm, however it does feel like the heat transfer up to the middle finger knuckles to me. This also has 3 settings for heat temp with the same color indicators as above. At the highest setting I measured this to be 98 degrees using an infrared thermometer. It feels hotter than that though so the thermometer could be wrong.3. Noise: The pump is measured at 57 decibels at it’s loudest. The sound that it makes is more of a vibration sound than a pump; if that makes any sense. 57 decibels is between a refrigerator and a conversation. If you plan on taking this to a loud office, it may go undetected, but people next to your cubicle may question what you are doing over there.4. Battery: When I received my massager I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately it doesn’t come precharged. This massager does that at least 3 hours to charge before you can use it. Once it charged I used it unplugged on the highest heat and highest pressure settings. The massager is set for a 15 minute massage. On a full charge I was able to get one full 15 minute massage and the second massage the battery ran out of juice half way through. I’m able to get two full massages without the heating element on. It makes sense as I’m sure the heating element uses a lot of the battery.I read a Q&A if this could be used will plugged in and Comfier responded with, “NOTE: This hand massager can’t be turned on while charging.” on 11/18/21. I’m letting you know that YOU CAN USE THIS WHILE IT’S PLUGGED IN AND GET FULL USE. It does have to be charged first before you can turn it on. I’m unsure as to why I can use it plugged in. It could be a number of things: Comfier responded to that question in November 2021, so it’s possible they upgraded the device? Or maybe it’s a safety hazard to use it plugged in? I don’t know… but I use mine plugged in multiple times a day and yet to have any issues or concerns.5. Quality: The build quality of this massager is excellent. The device looks sleek where it can be placed anywhere without looking like an eyesore. The massager feels very durable and well put together. The outer plastic shell is thick and the inner fabric is soft and silky. The fabric is also moisture wicking. If the exterior of this device is this good, I’d hope it be the same with the inner components for a long use cycle.TLDR; I highly recommend this hand massager for those looking for some pain relief in their finger joints. I can’t speak on arthritis, carpal tunnel, etc since I don’t suffer from those diagnoses. The Comfier massages around all fingers and the palms very well with air compression like a strong blood pressure cuff. The heating is on the palms and may reach up to the middle finger joint for some with smaller hands. The device isn’t too loud, build quality is excellent, and it looks very sleek. The battery life is good without the heating element on. Lastly, it does come with those cute stickers you see in some pics if you were confused. My daughter stole them from me.

Way Too Rough
Lately, my arthritic hands have been hurting more than usual, so I started looking for something that might provide relief. After looking at a few hand massagers I settled on this one because of the features and the price.I was going to give this just two stars, but my husband talked me into three because, as he said, it does do what it says it will do. Also, it’s well-made, and it comes with an instruction booklet whose instructions are easy to follow. Why am I returning it? Well, have you ever had someone shake your hand with such force that you felt like they were going to break every bone? That’s what the massager on its lowest setting feels like. Instead of saying “Ahhh” when the massager was on, I kept saying, “Ow, ow, ow!” This was on the lowest setting, mind you. Even my husband, who has much stronger hands than I, said it hurt him too much. Also, while this fit my small hand well, it didn’t fit my husband’s.So, I said, “OK. I might keep it just for the heat.” Then, I discovered that it wouldn’t allow me to use just the heating feature. What surprises me is that not one review mentioned having any problems with how rough this thing is, and I know that my husband and myself can’t be the only ones who find this machine extremely uncomfortable. At any rate, I’m going to look for a machine that has more settings in the hope that it won’t be too harsh on my hand, and that it will fit my husband’s hand. For the reasons stated, I can’t, in good conscience, recommend this.

Problematic
I purchased 3 of these units and 2 failed. They work good for what they are, but after contacting Comfier Warranty and recieving a replacement for one of them of which also failed, I can’t say they are worth the money nor will they last. The first one just stopped working and would turn on within months of purchasing it. They were kind enough to send me a replacement unit, because it was still under warranty. I used this unit maybe 30 times over 4 months and then it failed. I was sitting on my theater chair trying to find this low lying buzzing sound when I figured out that it was the Comfier hand massager. When I picked it up, it was just buzzing. Something was happening internatlly, but the massager was not running. The button lights were not visable and the unit would not turn off or on. I thought that maybe it was running low on power, but when I put my hand into the unit, it was warm. I let it run for about 10 min and felt it again and it was scolding hot, so I took it outside just in case it melted or exploded since it has an internal battery maybe made out of lithium. The next morning, I brought it in and it still would not work. I reached out to Comfier to explain and see how they handle replacement units that fail and they stated that the original purchase was over a year ago, so they do not offer a replacement or refund. Can’t say I would want a replacement, but you should know as a consumer that their replacement units do not come with a warranty eventhough the unit that was replaced was under warranty. Not sure I would consider that standing behind your product. Buy one, it fails, they replace it, the 2nd one fails and then you have none. I will be replacing it with another one that is made by a different company and hopefully it will work and not be a potential fire hazard and I will also have to notify my family about the possibility of it failing and being unsafe.

Love it
I love this massager. It makes my hand so happy with the just right compression. It gets a little too warm for me, so I usually go heat free. Best way to unwind at the end of the day.

Provides temporary increased flexibility to arthritic hands.
This item is not being marketed as a medical device. However, I purchased it because I have osteoarthritis in my hands that makes them stiff, swollen and painful. Using the massager is very relaxing, comfortable, and pleasant. I use it every morning when I first get up, and every evening before I go to sleep. The best thing about this device is that the massage surrounds each finger individually, not just the hand as a whole. Because it is compression, it inflates and deflates. It’s not something with hard rollers that could be painful to arthritic hands. The massager cycles through a routine for 15 minutes, then automatically shuts off. During the cycle it works the different parts of the hand and fingers so it’s not doing the same thing the whole time. Because it uses compression, it increases the circulation in my hands. In the morning before using the massager, I can’t close my hands to make a fist because my fingers are swollen and stiff. After using the massager, I can. TEMPORARILY, I have SOME increased flexibility after using the massager. It is not a cure for arthritis, but it does make my hands more comfortable at the start of my day, and takes the edge off of the pain in my hands at the end of the day so that it doesn’t keep me from falling asleep. The four star rating is because the end of the charging cord that came with my unit broke in the first few days. I think it was damaged from the factory. However, the charger for my Android phone works with it, so I did not return the item. The other thing that could be improved is that the power button is very small, and is located between the intensity button and the heat button. If you have arthritis, it can be hard to push in a small button that is in between two others.Would also like to mention that it has 3 intensity settings, and 3 heat settings. The unit comes with a few thin plastic gloves. I didn’t like those because they were textured, but I do recommend wearing a plastic glove with the massager so that over time the fabric inside the massager does not become soiled. Also the heat is helpful to me, but it causes my hands to sweat, so again the glove protects the fabric from that as well. I’m using Daxwell Stretchable Food Service Gloves (Stretch PE+). I purchased a case of these on Amazon at the beginning of the pandemic when they were all I could find. I got size XL so my husband could wear them too. They have a soft feel and are smooth, not crunchy and textured like the gloves that were supplied with the massage unit.
