Favorite heating pad & warranty honored!
This heating pad is incredible! I think it’s my favorite I’ve ever had. And I’ve gone through many because I use one every day. The weighted aspect is so nice and soothing, the size is large, it’s so soft and the color is beautiful. It heats up nicely and the heat settings are different enough that I’m able to set them to my comfort level.I ordered this item in November of 2024. It stopped working in September of 2025. I was so bummed about it. I emailed their customer service to inquire about the warranty. The company responded promptly and gave me some things to do to try to troubleshoot but said if it’s still not working could I please send a simple video of plugging it in and turning it on. I did and they saw the problem. The customer service agent just asked for my mailing address to send me a replacement to fulfill their warranty. A couple days later I received my brand new replacement heating pad. Not having it those several days and then getting it again made me realize just how much I loved it and how much comfort it provides me for my pain. It’s especially incredible for my endometriosis pain and ulcerative colitis flare- ups. The extra weight really makes a difference on the abdomen and the larger size is perfect to cover the entire affected area. Thank you to Comfytemp and customer service agent, Sandy, for helping me resolve my issue. It’s unfortunate when products stop working prematurely but the quick and easy replacement was much appreciated. Even when it eventually stops working again and is out of warranty I’ll re-order if for no other reason than the wonderful customer service and it’s an all around great pain relief and comfort device.

Heating pad that hits the high points!
I use heating pads regularly for lower back pain and cramps, and this one is easily one of the best I’ve used. The weight makes a huge difference. It stays in place and feels soothing instead of sliding around. It heats up quickly and gets warm without feeling too hot or uncomfortable. The size is perfect for covering my lower back or shoulders, and the fabric is soft and cozy, not scratchy. The weight feels evenly distributed and not lumpy. I also appreciate the automatic shut off for safety, especially if I’m using it while resting and fall asleep with it on. Great option if you want something with a little weight and steady heat.

I absolutely love the Comfytemp Weighted Heating Pad! It provides deep, soothing heat that really helps relieve my back pain, especially during long days. Weight + heating pad = game changer
The description says it all. Adding weight to a heating pad is a game changer. It’s one thing to have a heating pad, it’s another when that heat is pressing into your sore muscles. It’s truly been a lifesaver for leg cramps and sore muscles. It also gets quite HOT. I only run it for a few minutes at high before having to throttle it down.

I highly recommend this weighted heating pad.
This is one of the best purchases I could have ever made. For the price it’s such a steal. It’s easy to use, works extremely well. I love the weight to it it covers a large surface area. I like to drape it across my shoulders. The cord is plenty long to plug in the wall while I lay on the couch and relax. It’s so soothing and helps me to relax easier. Definitely a great design.

Excellent heating pad
This is my favorite purchase of the year. Its is warm even when not on. Easy to pack and transport and is powerful. The highest level gets pretty hot. I have used it as a cookie warmer and its great. The cord could be a little longer but its manageable and I love how it turns itself off after a while. Would absolutely recommend.

Well Worth It!
Use it every night for extra heat and across belly. Size is great and when laying on my side covers my back and my stomach. No smell, temperature is great, love the weight. Enough to stay put but not too heavy to make you uncomfortable.

Works as intended
I like it and it works well, I kind of wish I got a heavier one but that’s a personal preference. I’m not a fan of how the cables stick out of the “remote”, they get twisted around sometimes but it’s not a deal breaker.Overall it’s worth it, either for period cramps or if it’s cold in your house.
