Great faucet, happy with the quality.

Nice faucet, Easy Install. I replaced a Moen faucet with this WeWe brand.I remember years ago when moen was kinda considered a fairly decent brand.I can tell by the quality of this WeWe product, the quality is much better then the last couple Moen products I’ve installed. You won’t be disappointed. Comes with a 5 Year warranty as well, haven’t needed warranty. Because product works great.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽😁

Great Sink, Great Price, Great Design & Great Company!

Not only is this faucet a great buy, but I was able to install it in minutes. It actually took me much longer to remove the old faucet than the install the new one ( thanks to their improved installation technique). Lastly, I had a question so I reached to the company’s customer support team, and not only did they response in timely manner they solved my issue that the home builder created on the kitchen sink build out. If you need this BUY IT!

Well made & sooo easy to install

All the positive reviews are spot on. This is a really nice kitchen faucet and it works so well. It’s stylish and so well thought out in its designed, thus making it a breeze to install. We bought it to replace a similar looking Delta faucet we’ve had about 17yrs now. The old faucet worked just fine, but was tarnished some with age and needed to be completely removed before being able to thoroughly clean the porcelain sink around and under the base cover plate. My wife and I thought that would be a lot of work for a faucet that old. We were proven right. As for my our new WEWE faucet, it has several obvious, at least to me, improvements over the design of that old faucet. The base cover plate, if needed, doesn’t require two hold down nuts securing the base plate and uses a foam fitted cushion on its underside that allows the base to compress and conform tightly to the sink when the large plastic securing nut is installed. All this is accomplished without the use of anything other than your hand I might add. What’s the advantage of this base cover design? For one, it makes for two less nuts to install or remove. Those two nuts on the old faucet were very hard for me to reach. If you do need to use the base cover as we did, you’ll feel pretty confident that over time water won’t be working its way under the cover. When we removed the old faucet base, we found the under side had mold along with a calcium build-up that had developed over its many years of use. Removal of the old faucet was not easy either. In addition to difficulties reaching & removing those two nuts securing the base, removal of the metal weight that was used to pull the faucet nozzle back up was a real pain. It was designed much like a donut with a center hole. The water feed tube going to the nozzle had to pass through this hole. That was accomplished by using a 2-piece feed tube that plugged together after passing the tube through the hole of the weight. To guarantee the tube didn’t pull apart over time a clip-on plastic piece was added keeping together this 2-piece tube. That connection never failed, but no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t separate the tubes to remove the metal weight after taking off the plastic clip. Bottom line, in order to remove the old faucet I was forced to reach way up to cut the non-metal braided side of the feed tube so I could get the weight off. This was the only way the water lines would ever pass thru the mounting hole of the sink before allowing me to remove the old faucet which, I might add, was now trash. Instead, this WEWE faucet uses a plastic covered weight that is hinged and locks around the feed tube. This weight won’t be banging metal to metal again the copper water pipes like the old weight did until I added a soft cushion in between. This weight was soooo easy to install and I’ve already tested, it’s so easy to take off if needed, therefore, there’s no need to destroy the feed tube like I had to with the old faucet. Great improvement in design. Bottom line, I think anyone who buys this faucet will be happy they did. In addition to it’s nice looks and smooth operation, it’s super easy to install and backed by a 5 year warranty. Now it’s time for me end this review and register my new faucet!

Great faucet! You may need a line extension.

I REALLY like the faucet. I would have rated five stars, but my supply lines come from the bottom of my cabinet and one of them is a 90 degree valve, so I had to run to the hardware store to buy an extension. If the line was 3 inches longer, I would have made it. The previous faucet I installed in the same sink, as well as the original I took out, did not need extensions. Other than that, everything is great! I love the sprayer and the “water pause” buttons built into the spray head. Installation was a breeze (once I had the extension), and it looks great!

    Good value for money

For the price, I was really impressed with the quality. It was easy to install (the hardest part was removing my old faucet because the bolts were frozen with rust) and it works great. The plumber quoted me $850 to install a new faucet, but I did it myself for the price of this faucet and an hour of work.

    It’s Nice

It’s pretty nice Especially for the price. I read a bunch of positive reviews and read a few negative reviews, but I Decided to buy it anyways. It was very easy to install, and it looks very sharp. I like the high arch Because it’s easier to wash big pots. The button to switch back-and-forth to the sprayer is plastic And that’s the part that broke up my last faucet, so we’ll see how long it lasts. The pulldown sprayer is nice and smooth as well.

This faucet is better than my Hansgrohe at a fraction of the cost

My 8 years old Hansgrohe kitchen faucet was in need of replacement because the cold water side was losing flow and pressure. I tried to clean out the spout’s screen, did not make a different. I removed the cartridge (which looked brand new) and flushed the lines – did not make a different. I checked the water supply pressure – 65 psi, plenty of pressure. So the problem must be with the clogging of the faucet’s water line internally – nothing I could do but to replace the entire unit.I spent a whole month researching for a new faucet ranging from $150 to $500. I had gone through their features and online reviews until my brain was on fire. I could not find anything that I could pull the trigger on. My main thing was to find something that is easy to install/uninstall, a removable Aerator so I could clean the debris every once in a while, in Brushed nickel finished and with plenty of water pressure. Not too much to ask I thought, but to my surprise, 80% of the faucets out there came with non-removable aerator! And then there are the reviews with horror stories after stories about leaks and poor Customer service.Just when I was about to give up, I received a email from Amazon recommending this Wewe faucet. At first I was skeptical because it was so inexpensive. But what the heck, looking at one more won’t hurt. To my surprise, I found that it had all the features I wanted and it had 85% (over 25,000) 5 Stars reviews and a few I read praised about their excellent Customer Service. At the price it offered, I could not find a reason to turn this down. I figured I have very little to lose – maybe the cost of a Hansgrohe cartridge replacement 🙂 So I pull the triggered in less than 15 minutes.Well, am I glad I made the decision to buy. Used it for about 10 days so far and it worked beautifully.Pros:- Lightweight (1/3 or the weight of the Hansgrohe) but feel solid – does not feel cheap at all- Took only 15 minutes to install – just tighten the nut (with build-in handle) by hand, the two water lines to the water supply and the weight block, that’s it.- The weight block is heavy enough that the pull down spout would return to position by itself.- The spout pull down feels light and smooth – easy to swivel to reach all corners of the sink.- Powerful water flow and pressure. At least 3 times more than my Hansgrohe even when it was new. I don’t have to open the faucet all the way any longer. Just half way in between is more than I need.- Removable aerator – but it did not come with a key. It uses M18.5 size key which can be purchased separately.- The most I like – Unlike most faucets, the handle of the temperature control points up to the sky for Hot water and points towards the user for cold water, this one points to 45 degrees on either side. This is great because it gave me the option to install the unit with the temperature control facing me rather than on the right side only. So I get Cold water when moving the handle to the right and left for hot water – like normal bathroom faucets.Cons:- For installation with Temperature control Handle on the right side of the unit (like most installations do) – the direction of the handle is opposite from most faucets in the market – meaning you get Hot water when you pull the handle towards the sink and Cold water towards the back. Swapping the cold & hot lines when connecting to the water supply will be needed to make it works like the others. I don’t have this problem because I install the unit with the handle facing me so it works out perfectly as the Cold side is on the right and Hot on the left.- There is no magnet to hold onto the Spout. This should not be a problem as the weight block is heavy enough to keep the spout from slipping down from the housing.- Nit Picking – The spout does not always seated at the same spot when returned to the housing because there is no build-in “slot” for the spout to insert into like some faucets do. But this is more like an annoyance than anything else. In my case, the spout may be off just a couple degrees left or right, no big deal. All in all, I am extremely happy with this purchase. I don’t know if the faucet will last, but to me the cost justify the gamble. Since it is so easy to remove it, I don’t mind to replace it if something happens a year or two down the road.

Some Great Features and Some Not-So-Great – But with all things considered is it worth the price?

2 Years and 5 Months of Use ReviewAt $65.51 the price was hard to pass-up when compared to a name brand faucet of similar design and specs for almost double the price (and up). I purchased in Feb 2023 and there has only been a nominal price increase to $67.99. However, as of writing this there is a 25% off coupon offered making the price just $51.00, which is a great price for a faucet like this. It does have a couple of quality issues that unfortunately I needed to take 2 stars off for. But first…THE GOODIt’s attractive. There were no cosmetic blemishes, scratches, defects, or low quality assembly. It looks no different from its far more expensive name brand siblings you can find at your local big box hardware store. It was well-built. The lever had a nice resistance, the water flow rate seemed just right (to me anyway) the sprayer was solid and the extending hose was impressively robust and had a respectable length too. To my surprise the under sink hot/cold hoses were much higher quality than what usually comes with these and at 2.5 years they look brand new and I see no reason to change them out yet. Another surprise was how solid and heavy the counterweight for the hose was, which again, is not typical in similar units in the same price range. It retracts the sprayer with some good force. You will never end up with a drooping sprayer that doesn’t recoil itself all the way back in and just hang there looking like cheap garbage. I was super pleased with my purchase.THE BADThere are 2 issues that presented themselves after a while of regular use (disclosure: my regular use might be less than typical with just 2 adults in my home). First to come to my attention was the rocker switch on the sprayer to change it from regular flow to spray and back again. It becomes stiff over time, making it difficult to fully engage the spray setting and needing a little too much force to toggle it back and forth in general. This could be a show-stopper for someone who has arthritis, neuropathy or other issue causing hand pain and/or reduced strength. Fortunately, nothing like that applies for me, and It’s just merely an annoyance. All on its own, I would say worth only a 1/2 star reduction and would be a tossup on 4 vs 5 stars. But there is a Second, far worse problem in my opinion, the finish has started peeling off in recent months (so about 2 years of use before it started). So far it’s isolated to the U shaped hose housing on top and down the back about halfway to the lever. But, unfortunately, due to its location there is no hiding it and makes the all the good points about the faucet a moot point because it now looks like cheap garbage which is all anyone will ever see no matter how well made it may be otherwise. It really is unfortunate that of all things they chose to skimp on it was (apparently) the cosmetic finish. It’s like a buying a new car that is well-built and affordable but after 2 years the paint starts peeling off making it look old and cheap. No one cares how well it runs when cosmetically it already looks like garbage.I was going to give this a “don’t purchase” recommendation. However, that was considering the price I originally paid ($65.51). But at $50 (with coupon) that changes the calculus a little and moves my opinion up to a “neutral” position. I’m not going to recommend either purchase or don’t purchase. I’ll let you decide if $50 for 2 good years of use before cosmetic decline is an acceptable value proposition or not. It’s a tough one.

    Water supply lines are short

This is a review on the wee faucet installation was not overly complicated. The conversion plate from three holes to one hole works, but just barely so you have to align it well largest problem which is why I did not get a five star review was the supply lines that came with the faucet were too short, which required a trip to two different hardware stores to find an extension line. While Amazon sells an extension line at the time when you know you need one, you don’t have the time to get one delivered to your house unless of course you don’t need to use your kitchen sink. I would purchase it again, but the installation needs to say it may need an extension line so that you know to go ahead and buy it when you buy the faucet. Overall, I spent a lot of money, time, and gas to find the extension line needed to install the faucet.
