    Great Storage Solution for a Closet-Less Room

    My apartment didn’t have a bedroom closet, but since the room was large, I wanted to add something along the wall. This rack fit perfectly and provides plenty of storage for hanging clothes, along with additional space on top. The LED lights work, though I haven’t used them often.The build quality is solid and very sturdy. I did have slight difficulty screwing one of the pipes together, but that may have been due to cross-threading on my part. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend having two people for assembly—since you build the shelf first and then attach it to the top and bottom, it can be tricky to install alone, especially in a furnished room.Overall, this is a great solution for anyone needing extra storage, and I’d definitely recommend it!

    Space Saver!

    Game changer. If you’re thinking about it, get it. It is expensive, which sucks, but it’s less expensive than an armoire or IKEA closet. I didn’t have enough closet space and had a rolling closet rack that blocked access to my closet and couldn’t really move easily. This fixed my issues and looks great.If I had measured correctly, the poles would have gone to the floor. I didn’t, unfortunately, but I don’t mind the books as furniture props look.I didn’t add the shelf because the holes for the poles weren’t big enough. I might widen the holes a bit and re-attach but tbd because I’m lazy.I’m a single gal and was able to put it together. I didn’t follow directions to a T so that I could make it possible to attach it in increments. But generally easy to figure out. Big win!

    Great Product and Customer Support

    I previously posted “Unfortunately, the box only contained 19/240 parts required. The packaging was lacking, no instructions, no hardware, the metal pipes didn’t have any protection around them and are scratched including the shelves. I have sent an email to support@aheaplus.com. I gave 3 stars because this is my 2nd order and the 1st one was perfect. Will update review once this is resolved.”Customer support was helpful and attempted to send me a replacement but Amazon sent the wrong item. Instead of trying to get the right product they gave me a refund and I was able to reorder the closet system. It is a very sturdy well constructed closet system.

    Giving 5 stars only so this review gets seen! this deserves 1 star, honestly.

    WARNING: Do NOT buy this clothing rack unless you enjoy frustration, wasted time, and pure disappointment.The tubes were shockingly too short, making it impossible to assemble properly. Trying to fit the pieces together felt like forcing puzzle pieces that simply don’t belong together. Every connection was loose, unstable, and downright scary. If you try to force the tubes to fit, one side ends up way too short, making the whole structure wobble like it’s about to collapse at any second.The seller accepted the return request but never sent a return label. Instead, they delayed the process by repeatedly asking what was wrong with the product ignoring the fact that I clearly explained it. I followed every step Amazon laid out, including contacting the seller directly, and when I finally returned the item on my own and paid $128.95 out of pocket, they suddenly claimed they could have sent me a FedEx label — but now won’t reimburse me because I didn’t use it.With all due respect, the return was already completed, the product was in their hands, and I had followed the exact process they refused to explain earlier. They had every opportunity to send a label when I reached out. instead, they stalled and dodged responsibility.They should take real accountability and stop playing with customers’ money and patience.
