Great Product from a Great Company
I bought this air purifier this past December. It worked wonderfully well from day one. Everything abut the product is as claimed. This was then one of the most satisfying purchases I have made in a long time. I love it! I keep the machine on for most of the day and through the night. A few weeks ago, however, I found the machine was “not on.” I couldn’t remember at the time if I had intentionally turned it off or not. Note that when the machine is plugged in, but not in the on position, I remember that the power on button being lit up. In this instance, however, it was not. So I tried to press the buttons, but the machine was non-responsive. After tconsulting the troubleshooting section of the manual and having no results, I reached out to customer service for help. A customer service rep, Alina, responded to me promtply. After some back and forth communication, trying to gtroubleshoot the product, without much effort from my end, Alina volunteered to replace my unit. There is much more to this story, but in the end, I just wanted to briefly share how satisfied I am with not just the product, but with this company. Thank you so much Alina and Treblab/Turonic for making a great product and standing behind it 100%. Yo have a customer for life!

What an amazing air purifier!!
Well worth every penny. I purchased this for my boyfriend’s small-ish apartment because he has three cats and you could just always smell the litter box. Not anymore!! This has completely cleaned the air in the entire apartment including both bedrooms. It is completely silent and so easy to use and clean. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PRODUCT

Great purifier with one problem… The water tank low level sensor does not work properly.
This unit works fairly well. It is very quiet, and the filters are easy to remove and clean. My only problem was that the low water level sensor only worked when the system was forced into Manual Humidification mode. I prefer to run the unit in Auto Mode. When the water tank goes empty, there is no alarm telling you this when in Auto mode. I never got a straight answer from tech support whether this was a defective unit or if it was designed this way. I returned the unit and did receive a full refund. I purchased the Dyson brand even though it cost twice as much

Worth it if you own birds
Bought this Air purifier in Nov 2022 because I have a very fluffy african grey parrot. I had a smaller air purifier that I had to clean every other day. When I purchased this one, it immediately cleared up the bird dust/smell. I have to fill the water every other day because its go into high gear over this fluff ball. (To be expected) Since the bird cleans herself basically everyday, this thing has been hard at work and now on the 3rd set of filters. Definitely worth the purchase!

I’ve had mine over a year now, and it still works great, my house smells fresh and clean.. not only that, due to my lung issues it has made breathing easier.. I have teens, and a dog.. so that’s saying something.. I would recommend this product too anyone who has breathing issues.. not only that replace filters are the same basic cost in any fliter machine, except this one is the Cadillac too them all.. hope that helps for anyone looking for a great purifier..

This is a very nice air filter. I have it in a musty basement and it cleans the air as advertised. I have had no issues with it this far. One really nice feature is when it’s on auto it will go into a sleep mode when darkness falls. So you don’t have to mess with turning it down. It will turn the fan down to a whisper, and turn off all the lights on it. Once it’s day light again everything comes back up to where it was or where it senses it needs to be. Even when on there is not much noise from the fan. Filters easy to clean or replace.

Initial Review – Good Product
Just received this today. The outer package was damaged and torn at a corner. Not the supplier’s fault.But when I opened the inner box and removed it from the styrofoam packaging. I noticed that the control interface was scratched and the remote control had a weird smudge on it and some scratches as well. Pictures added for reference.Besides the negatives above the product seems to be high quality and durable.The filters appear to be heavy-duty and were sealed well.After removing the filter coverings I started it up and it worked well. It appears to detect air particles well and has a wide range of airflow. It appears to be designed well but time will tell of it’s effectiveness.I was able to connect the device to the app per documentation and am able to control most things from there. I will update this once I’ve used it for a while.Some places for improvement:It has a built-in sensor that puts it into sleep mode if it’s dark in the room. This is an issue on rainy days when there isn’t much light entering the room.The smart life application turns on the ionizer and uv light every time you turn it on and you have to manually turn it off and you can’t preconfigure the app to start with those things off.I can’t seem to integrate it with Google Home (Assistant) however, even though the instructions claim this is a capability.

Update:Customer Service from Amazon not so helpful, tech support from the company was able to resolve my issue by showing me where to clean a sensor. This would have been helpful if this was in the support documentation (none really available) or somewhere on their website. Overall the purifier is now working again as well as when I first received it, so updating the rating. Just know that you may run into issues that have no documentation on how to resolve, but tech support will help.Purchased item and warranty. Item worked great for 5 months. Went red every few weeks, cleaned and maintained and returned low numbers and green. Finally machine went and stayed at 500 and continued red. Bought new filters before 6 months was up. Inserted new filter. still 500 and red. had new filters sent, still showing 500 and red. Every time did filter reset NOTHING. called amazon, told to talk to seller. Left email and phone message… Ignored. Called amazon again, guy says i didn’t get warranty. while on the phone tried to give him order number of warranty and wanted nothing to do with it. Amazon refused to help and refused the order number of warranty and seller got their money so why bother with customer.Machine has no real troubleshooting or maintenance guides. If your in the market to waste over 300 for 5 months then its the machine for you

Defective
My unit that I bought Jan 2024, the water tank indicator light won’t turn on when the water tank is empty. I also noticed when I’m cooking lately, whrn there’s a lot of smoke it doesn’t clean the air to remove odor, unlike before I will hear it doing something and lights changed to red to green again which indicates yhe air is clean again. I am having a hard time contacting Turonic or Productech. This unit os only 11months old. So disaapointing!
