From very gentle to really strong, depending on what you need.I mostly use it on my back and legs, sometimes feet, and it works well everywhere. It’s simple, no learning curve. Turn it on, pick a speed, done.Battery life surprised me too. I charged it once and kept using it for days without even thinking about it. No complaints so far. It just does its job.

Don’t spend your money
Don’t waste your money. Has 30 speeds but there’s no difference between 10 and 30. Apply just a little bit of pressure, and it bogs down and provides no massage. Returning today.

Relaxed muscles
Multiple massage head give multiple muscle relaxers. Very comfortable to use with almost no noise. Can use in different section on back and head or shoulders. It ir definitely better than on head gun.

Best massager ever
This is the best massage I’ve ever used. All of the massaging heads digging into the deepest parts of your back and really stimulate those muscles. I tell you what, I just lay on that thing and I have the greatest time in my life every night before bed. No more sore muscles for this guy.

This feels awesome so far. I was torn between this design and a standard “gun” type massager, but the wider target of this I imagine feels much better on most areas.The 2 handles make it super easy to use. Can also prop it up on a couch or chair to massage lumbar/lower back.Power levels feel good so far, with some numbers still to climb if I was a more aggressive massage.Haven’t had to charge it yet after 3 uses, so battery life is also exceeding expectations. Really appreciate that it’s USB C and not micro USB of the past.

Best massage ever
The best massager I’ve ever had. The lowest setting works great on my sore muscles after a hard workout; Specifically my legs and glutes. The higher settings work great on my husband’s knots in his back / shoulders. The large size massages a big area at a time which is helpful. It’s relaxing for both of us. Quality seems solid too.
