Awesome! Can be used on multiple body parts
I love this and can’t say enough good things about this. I was looking for one for my son whose shoe size is a 13 wide. I looked at many different stores and most places only fit up to a size 12 or if it said a 13 reviews would say different. If I did find one like this the price was astronomical and more then I wanted to spend. It was down to crunch time and I finally found this one. The open ends allow it to fit my sons feet as well as mine (size 9) with no issues. It’s wide enough that his feet fit comfortably. There are different modes such as kneading, rolling, shiatsu, and 3 heat levels. I love when it like envelopes your feet and puts some pressure on them as it feels so nice and relaxing. The best part is (depending on size) I was able to lay my arms in and have those massaged, I could put my wrists, hands, feet in and I could even lay on the floor, or stand the machine on its side and massage my lower legs. So all in all this is definitely not just for your feet and you can take advantage of it on other body parts. The cover can come off to be washed as well which is a big plus since stinky, dirty feet slide in there. There is a remote, and a timer setting that can go up to 25 mins. If you’re debating buying one I’d definitely buy this one where the whole family can take advantage of it and possibly use it on multiple body parts. This review is based on my own personal experience and was purchased as a gift to help my son and I to get some pain relief in our feet so you can trust this review to know it’s the truth and not for any type of compensation or free item.

Good Price. Solid Machine. Great Customer Support.
I’ve wanted to shiatsu style foot roller for a while. Last year when I was working about 70 hours per week, my feet were killing me. That was the final push I needed.I also had some money left over in my FSA, it made my decision to purchase this unit even easier.The machine provides a pretty strong massage experience. I know it’s a simple feature, but I like the timer. I get home, grab something to eat, set the timer for 20-25 minutes kill two birds with one stone before getting ready for bed.The build feels quite solid. The motor feels powerful. The compression force is significant (even painful sometimes). <– I’m counting this as a positive, by the way.*** I recently had a warranty question. The seller took care of my concerns 100%. On top of being a quality product, I give a healthy recommendation for the customer service I received.

The best home massage you can buy
Easy to use, helps me relax, I like that it has different modes for the different use i need from day to day. It definitely helps with the pain that I have from wearing steel toes 5 days out of a week. I would recommend this product to family and friends.

What could be worse than a combination of a bad product and a terrible customer service that neglect the most valuable asset any company could have, namely- its customers? I can’t come up with anything. But Caresky, selling Shiatsu Foot Massager was able to accomplish that. Not only they sold me a unit that performs about 20% of the functions described on the product page, they answer any complains once a week or not even… ( what if the company is opened once a week? ) and do not listen to customers concerns. My understanding that they simply do not care. Otherwise why would you behave like that? I see no good reason for such a behavior. May be someone else does. My suggestion- do not buy anything from them. Not this device, not any other products they might have. If they behave like this, knowing that you can safely return the product for the full refund ( during the open window, Amazon provides), what happens if the product goes bad 90 days after the purchase. Who do you talk to and what kind of resolution can anyone hope for?So, stay away from those guys and find another company with a good product, but what is more important – with the great customer service that will work with you , the customer, because YOU, not the product they sell, is the most important part of any company’s’ business. The sooner Caresky will realize that – the better chance they have to stay in business and be successful in it.
