Great Massager
The massager did a great job on my stiff neck. The massager is nice in that it has a place for your hands to steady the unit on the back of your neck. It is not too bulky and does a nice, deep massage. The heat is an added bonus. Would recommend this product to anyone having neck issues.

Amazing massager!
I bought a massage mat from this brand that I absolutely love, so decided to ask for this neck massager for my birthday. So glad I did! It is cordless, very powerful and deeply massages. Its super relaxing. Love it!! I will be gifting these to several people in my life!

Works great. Just got it yesterday. I had a stiff neck. After using it my neck felt much better. I also tried it on my shoulders and the heat and massager felt great. My wife is going to try it out as well.

GREAT Deep Tissue Neck Massager!If you want a Kneeding Neck Massager with Heat, this is the one you need to kneed your neck!The rotating massage knuckles are 3-speed djustable and can be reversed in rotation. The heat intensity is adjustable. The hand slits on each side mean I can pull down a little if I want a deeper massage. And being rechargeable means it’s going to travel with me in the car!Note: This does not have the vibration massage. It is a kneading massage with knuckle rollers.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Massage return isn’t being accepted!!!
I bought this product December 31st, in the aftermath of Christmas cleanup, entertaining, getting sick. At first I was so overwhelmed with everything the holidays bring that I put this massager on a closet shelf and totally forgot about it. Two weeks ago I finally saw it and opened it. I absolutely hate it!! I didn’t even turn it on. It was heavy, awkward, and it hurts my shoulders!!! I asked to do a late return but was turned down!!! I’ve shopped Amazon Prime for a long time and I’ve never had to ask to let me make the return even if the return time went by. SO UPSETTING!! I bought this and it was expensive for a person living on only social Security!!!

Does the job.
Loathe massages but when yall simply can’t move your neck…It works. It’s slow and not deep tissue. Personally find it painful, but again, loathe massages.

Works very well and quiet
I have purchased a hand massager from Comfier before and was very pleased. The neck massager replaced an old one (different brand). This massager worked out the soreness in my neck and back. The massaging heads do not hurt like the one being replaced. Good quality and a price. Highly recommend anyone looking for one to purchase this one.
