Holy Cow! This thing does the job and some…
I am someone that suffers with arthritis in the back and neck. I bought this in hopes it can ease the pain a little. I have a leather recliner, so it does slide off unless you are sitting on the pad. Please note the whole mat is vibration only except for the neck pillow. The vibrations are strong enough to make a difference. Right away I started to relax. The neck pillow is a whole different level of comfort. It can be unzipped and used on your back , calves and feet. You can operate the pillow separately from the mat. The heat appears to be automatic as I don’t see a button to add or turn off the heat. Heat is comfortable and not too over powering. My only regret here is not ordering this sooner. In just 15 minutes…it took out all the stiff and tight muscles. The vibration is soothing enough where you can fall asleep. Cheaper than a regular massage but just as relaxing. The only thing I would change is the cover. I material cover will cling better toa leather chair, although this vinyl will be easier to clean. Overall a great purchase that I hope can last.

Functionality and Value
What I liked the most was the fact that it is a full body massage mat and the versatility of it. You can use it on the floor, on the bed, sofa/chair, office chair, etc. I appreciate the detachable neck pillow for when I only need neck relief. The mat is very comfortable; I like that it’s not constraining. Most of the massagers I looked at was for back and neck only and I was concerned that they wouldn’t be wide enough for my back comfort. Also, the others I looked at some reviewers complained that the height of others were too short or too tall depending on ones height. I love that it’s operated by remote control, except for the neck part which the controls are located on the pillow. The different modes and heat selections are great. You can also set the time for how long to run. Some reviewers complained that the sound was too loud, but the massage/heat felt so good that it didn’t bother me at all. Considering some of the others that I looked at this mat is well made, and price is very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Hands down the Best Heating/massage Mat Ever
This incredible product is worth every penny! I have degenerative spine disease and having been heating pads which are way too small. I was on Amazon looking for a large size heating pad and stumbled across this beauty! It does everything it promises and it feels heavenly. When I am hurting to the maximum, I’ll roll the mat out which is huge. I am 5’3” and the mat is long enough to reach my neck all the way to my ankles. After using the mat, I’m relaxed and without pain for the rest of the evening! I totally recommend this king of mats!

Value for the money
Fairly decent product does what it says. The massage on the back is from vibration not from mechanical rollers. The massage on the neck is from mechanical rollers. It does a pretty good. It does have extremely good Heat. It isn’t exactly what I expected but it does a pretty good job so I will be keeping this item.

It’s small and easy to carry and I can use it everywhere. I use it these days and it really helps to relief my muscle. Also I think it’s little noise and power-strong. recommend it

Never hated anything so much in my life.
I hate it. Right out of the box, I hate it. The elastic that is supposed to hold it in place will NOT fit around a recliner. Tried using it without and damn near got knocked unconscious by the heavy, rock-solid “neck massager” which hit the back of my head like a brick when I tried to get up. There does not seem to be a way to stop the off-on pulsing and just have it vibrate steadily. I tried for over an hour. Plus it’s noisy af and some kind of springs inside it keep making this “choinnnng” noise which is going to drive me batty b/c I’m a musician with perfect pitch and the notes it hits fall “between the cracks” of the notes. That alone would keep me up all night and probably drive me completely insane before Thanksgiving, if it even lasts that long, which I doubt. Hugely disappointed and would never buy this again EVERRRR. Got a different one coming Friday thank God, because for me this is completely useless and that neck massage thing packs a PUNCH when it hits you. My head still hurts. Look elsewhere.

Very relaxing
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I tried it for 30 minutes and it works well. I am fully relaxed with the first session. I was able to set it up in two minutes, and my only complaint is that it will not stay in my recliner on its own. I wish it had a strap or something, but, that is not a deal-breaker. I can’t remove any stars because it is attractive and it feels wonderful. I love the neck massager the best! I love the heat and the multiple options for massages. I also love the easy portability.

Not sure if mine is broken.
I don’t know if mine is broken. I only feel heat on my back that’s it. But on the picture it goes all the way down. It arrived in a brown box, Did every one else’s arrive like that? Massager feels great, but the heat does not go all the way down past your bottom. After I’ve used it a few days I will update my review. Maybe it needs to warm up before you lay on it.

Balls behind your neck are too hard
It was shorter than I thought because I’m tall so it didn’t go all the way down to the floor like I thought and the part that goes behind your neck is really hard you have to put something on it like a blanket because it’s really hard it’s going to hurt your neck well my neck but besides that it’s okay
