Great product, 5 speeds, 5 modes, long cord
I ordered this after almost a week of back pain, feels like muscle is under shoulder blade. Received it overnight. I like that it plugs into an outlet,cord is long, and the actual wand is big enough so I can hold it with 2 hands and reach overhead to my back. Each of the 6 heads works well for different muscles. There are 5 speeds and 5 modes, from super gentle vibration, to deep tissue massage.. and from pulsing to continuous interval. My muscles immediately felt better and I can take a deep breath, after almost a week of shallow breathing.As for the delivery, package was left on the wet ground, in an open area, on a rainy day,, barely under a small overhang, instead of against the door, or between storm door and door. It had no plastic packaging to keep it dry, and it was not sealed at all, so package was completely susceptible to being easily opened. The massage heads were not sealed, just in a thin mesh cloth bag. And the entire package could have been a bit more discreetly and securely packaged.

I’ve had many kinds of massagers over the years.The unit is very well-designed, ergonomically, and the motor is super strong, a thick power cable too.Customer support went above and beyond as there were a few accessory heads missing in the 1st box, but they sent me an entire new set in just a few days. Great price, solid performance, buy this one!

Not Really What I Want
It isn’t suitable for my back pain because it is too heavy for me. It may be fine for a larger person, but I am a small woman with fibromyalgia and I found it to be very cumbersome to use. It didn’t feel good and seemed to trigger some tendinitis in my thumb just trying to hold it. So, it wasn’t a good choice for me for back pain or neck or shoulders. I was looking for something equivalent to the Accureach Precision Massager that Amazon used to sell but apparently has stopped offering. Mine was getting a worn cord after years of use and it is much gentler for my myofascial trigger point areas. I really hope that they will considered offering it for sale again. I did purchase a cane shaped manual tool, but it is not the same but I will try to use it. It’s a difficult thing to have chronic pain and when you find something that does work, it is a blessing indeed! Like I said, for a larger person, this massager may be wonderful, but if you are older, and small, and delicate, it might not be the easiest or most helpful thing to use.

Broke in 2 months, I’ll show you why you shouldn’t buy this pos.
Worked great for two months then broke while just setting it on my leg. After opening it up you can see why.All of the work done by the motor is passed through this centimeter wide, soft plastic bit you can see broken in half here.This was purpose built to break with the slightest pressure. If this piece was made from cheap metal it would last ten years. This piece right here is why every cheap massager breaks. This is one of those planned obsolescence build types that will break when you look at it wrong.If you want something that will last more than two months, look somewhere else.

Fantastic customer service.
I am leaving five stars because I want everyone to know how excellent the customer services through Megawise. The product I ordered worked very very well, but part of it started acting up within. I don’t know a month and I contacted Megawise cause it was past the return time for Amazon and Ian ,was amazing. He helped me through everything that I needed to do I sent in a short video showing them what the product was doing and within a week I had a replacement and they made sure and checked in with me to make sure I did receive it and that it was working properly and that if anything at all goes wrong with it to contact them and let them know, and they will be sure to take care of it, so I highly recommend products from this company. Again, I want to thank everyone that helped with this for Megawise with a shout out to Ian who is a Brand manager.The product itself is a fantastic product. I have owned several of their that massagers and they are amazing. The white Megawise is particularly excellent for women. It is lightweight. It is not heavy. It reaches even into the center of your back and the power is excellent.

I purchased the Wahl massager first because I had one for about 5 years and loved it. But the one I had just purchased was bad right out of the box. Weak, sounded funny, but I had already thrown out the box (stupid) so I couldn’t return it.Then I bought this one, and it’s great so far.
