Great Heavy Duty Massager
I really like this massager. I was looking for the one I had seen advertised with the cute green hands. I found this one on Amazon. Much cheaper and I think it is as effective or more than the little green hands. It has 6 hard rubber post that provide a deep massage like the fingers & thumbs of a masseur. It is heavy, well built & powerful. You can hurt yourself with it.🙂 Sometimes it’s weight alone provides a good massage.

This is GREAT
I hold this in high regard. It looks so much more better than all the other options. I took a chance on this and it works fine, top grade stuff, but sadly I can’t use it for my neck. I’m just too big for it and it wrecks my neck. It literally squeezes inwards with 2-3 inches to give between the “arms”. I don’t know about the rest of you, but my neck is not 2-3 inches wide. It’s like 6 or 8 inches. It also failed for my father who is 5’7 and 155 pounds. It works great for my step mother, however. Feeling like these products are really for women because everything I’ve seen online seems to point to the same problem: These things aren’t large enough to be a realistic option for men unless you are especially gifted as a small guy with a smaller neck. That’s a strange idea to conceive, but it feels like small guys finally got another win on something in life and I’m all for it. Just wish the small guys and us large guys didn’t get so stiffed on products to buy because we’re too small or too big to target for products…

Update
All I can really say is it had the same problem as the other 4 that I had owned and that is It feels great until the fabric rips and then you can no longer use it or it will eat up your shirt and/or something with the rollers gets screwed up and jams or skips on one or both. It’s not just the one from this seller. These things have happened with all 4 that I had and bought from different sellers and not all same manufacture. So like I said , they’re great while they last but don’t expect that to be for more then a month or two. Maybe longer if you don’t need to use every day like I did. 6/25 UPDATE: After I wrote the above review, I was contacted via e mail by a Nekteck company customer service rep. They apologized for inconvenience of the massager I bought from them and wanted to send me a replacement. I accepted offer for the replacement because I use neck massagers frequently. I received a new one within two days!! At first it worked great but after using it a few times a day for about 4 or 5 days it started squeaking. Of course that made massager impossible to relax and use so I sent e mail back to Nekteck and informed of this issue. A video of the massager squeaking was requested from me and once I got around to emailing that , again I was offered another replacement. I accepted the offer and It arrived within 2 days. I have been using it now for about two weeks. I reported my satisfaction with this massager and the excellent customer service that I have received from Nekteck. I did inform them though that there is an issue with the power connector staying connected. I did have this problem with all three of the massagers I received from them. Also I just started hearing a squeaking sound from this replacement also and if it gets louder and/or more frequent, I may send in for the free replacement that is offered with the massager. I’m just not sure if returning this one will be worth getting another replacement or trying another company all together. At least if I stay with this one I do believe I will get excellent customer service.Over all I upgraded two more stars from my original 2 star review for this product and the company also. Customer service is very important to me and I felt like I was given the best service they could offer. I probably would have given 5 stars if the first replacement wouldn’t have needed to be replaced. Plus now this 2nd one is starting to squeak also.I would recommend buying from this company.

Good massaging effect
Some of these Shiatsu massage machines feel like they are weirdly shaped making the massaging feel awkward and not as effective. This one is actually nice to use with more rounded shaped Shiatsu balls letting me use it on my back for an extended period, I can even lay on it a bit and it keeps going just losing a bit of speed and isn’t painful from pointy edges or the like. Much cheaper than getting massages all the time just wish they were a bit stronger powered so you can lay on them more.

The massager itself works fairly well. Applies good pressure and sizing is very good for woman which is difficult to find. However the straps are awkward and useless leading to the main body to shift and flip over because of its weight. I decided to return it.

Juice is worth the squeeze.
What i like most, is that there’s a mode that has the ability to feel like an adaptive massage, cycling through pace, speed and pressure. Battery last awhile too before needing to be recharged. Great tool to add into my basket.

Bought this product september 12th , December 13th it’s stop working . Don’t spend your money on it

It actually massage your neck!
It doesn’t vibrate or push some rollers around your neck area. It actually knead your neck like a real massage and the motor is pretty strong.I’ve had quite a few massagers and massage chairs. This hands down does the best job for my neck, well, second to real hands.Downside: I wish the control was on the straps instead of the back of the unit.

Worth it if you like deep pressure in neck
Definitely tight squeeze on the neck. Intense. Definitely need to be able to handle some intense pressure. Wished the trapezius bars had more pressure but for starts its great.

Add lotion to neck
Put the lotion on the neck before use. The dry rubber rotating fingers don’t feel good if you don’t.
