Replacement Heads For Massage Gun Deep Tissue, Percussion Back Massager Gun

Replacement Heads For Massage Gun: What You Need Before Buying
Here is a common frustration: You own a perfectly good massage gun, but one of the attachment heads ripped, snapped, or got lost during travel. You do not want to buy a whole new $100 device. You just need Replacement Heads For Massage Gun.
However, there is a critical twist with this specific listing. The product title says “Replacement Heads,” but the description reveals the Mebak 3 Massage Gun—a complete professional percussion massager with 19,503 reviews and a 4.7-star rating. This guide will first help you understand the Mebak 3 as a full device, then explain how to find actual replacement heads for your existing gun.
Why This Listing Is Confusing (And Important)
Amazon’s search algorithm sometimes pairs “replacement heads” with full massage gun kits. The Mebak 3 is not a standalone set of replacement heads. It is a complete deep tissue massager that includes 7 heads. If you already own a massage gun and only need new attachments, this is not the right purchase for you.
But if you are in the market for a professional-grade massage gun, keep reading. The Mebak 3 is one of the highest-rated options on Amazon.

Where To Find Actual Replacement Heads For Massage Gun
If you arrived here looking only for Replacement Heads For Massage Gun (not a new device), here is what you need to know.
Compatibility Is Critical
Most massage gun attachment heads use a universal push-and-twist or pull-and-click mechanism with a standard diameter (typically 18mm-20mm). However, not all heads fit all guns.
Before buying replacement heads, check:
-
Connection type: Ball detent (click) or threaded screw?
-
Diameter size: Measure the metal post on your gun.
-
Brand compatibility: Some brands (Theragun, Hyperice, Ekrin) use proprietary connections.
Best Places To Buy Replacement Heads
-
Amazon: Search “universal massage gun replacement heads” for sets ranging from 9.99to9.99to19.99 (6-10 heads).
-
cotsoco Store: If you own a cotsoco gun, visit their store directly for OEM replacement heads.
-
Mebak Accessories Page: Check the Mebak store for standalone head packs.
-
Generic Sets: Many universal 8-head or 10-head kits are available for under $15 and fit 90% of standard guns.
Popular Replacement Head Types
When shopping for Replacement Heads For Massage Gun, look for these standard shapes:
| Head Type | Best For |
|---|---|
| Ball (Round) | Large muscle groups (quads, glutes, hamstrings) |
| Bullet (Cone) | Trigger points, deep knots, plantar fasciitis |
| Flat | Whole body relaxation, bony areas |
| Fork (U-Shape) | Either side of the spine, neck, Achilles tendon |
| Thumb | Lower back, shoulder blades |
| Shock (Cushioned) | Sensitive areas, beginners |
| Wedge | IT band, shins, forearms |
Who Should Buy the Mebak 3 Full Gun?
Buy the Mebak 3 if:
-
You do not currently own a massage gun.
-
You are an athlete or have chronic deep muscle pain requiring 53 lbs of stall force.
-
You want a professional-grade device with nearly 20,000 positive reviews.
-
You value the LED pressure sensor to avoid injuring yourself.
-
You can afford the $99.99 price point.
Skip the Mebak 3 if:
-
You already own a functioning massage gun and only need replacement heads.
-
Your budget is under $50 (look at cotsoco mini guns instead).
-
You want a cordless device with longer than 3-hour battery life.
Who Should Buy Replacement Heads Only?
Buy replacement heads if:
-
Your gun works perfectly but a specific head broke or got lost.
-
You want to experiment with new head shapes not included with your original purchase.
-
You own a standard universal-fit massage gun (most brands under $100).
-
You want to save money (10−10−20 instead of $100 for a new gun).
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: Are massage gun heads universal?
A: Most budget and mid-range massage guns (including cotsoco, Toloco, RENPHO, and many generic brands) use a universal 18-20mm ball detent connection. However, premium brands like Theragun and Hyperice use proprietary connections. Always measure your gun’s post diameter before buying Replacement Heads For Massage Gun.
Q2: Does the Mebak 3 come with replacement heads?
A: No. The Mebak 3 is a complete massage gun that includes 7 heads. It is not a replacement heads product. The listing title is inaccurate. If you need only heads, search for “universal massage gun attachment set.”
Q3: How often should I replace massage gun heads?
A: With regular use (5-7 times per week), foam or rubber heads may last 6-12 months before showing wear. Hard plastic heads last longer. Replace immediately if you see cracking, tearing, or if the head becomes loose during use.
Q4: Can I use Mebak heads on my cotsoco gun?
A: Possibly, but not guaranteed. Both are budget-to-mid-range brands likely using the universal ball detent system. However, you cannot buy Mebak heads separately because Mebak does not sell standalone heads. Focus on universal replacement sets instead.
Q5: Is the Mebak 3 worth $99?
A: Based on 19,503 reviews with a 4.7-star average, yes. The 53-pound stall force is rare at this price point. Most sub-100gunsstallat20−30pounds.TheLEDpressuresensorisalsounique.Ifyouwantprofessionalperformancewithoutspending100gunsstallat20−30pounds.TheLEDpressuresensorisalsounique.Ifyouwantprofessionalperformancewithoutspending300+ on a Theragun, the Mebak 3 is a top contender.
Final Verdict
For replacement heads only: Do not buy this product. Search Amazon for “universal massage gun replacement heads” and spend 10−10−20 for a 6-10 piece set. Verify your gun’s connection type first.
For a complete massage gun: The Mebak 3 is an outstanding choice. Nearly 20,000 buyers cannot be wrong. The 53-pound stall force, LED pressure sensor, and quiet operation justify the $99.99 price tag. Just remember to supply your own 5V/2A adapter.
Bottom Line: Read product titles carefully. This listing offers a premium massage gun, not standalone Replacement Heads For Massage Gun. Buy the Mebak 3 if you need a new device. Shop elsewhere for replacement attachments.

Good purchase! Works great!
Works great! Very Good battery life, great attachments, low noise, easy to use. Bought one a couple years ago for our household when my Daughter played Volleyball. It helped her a lot! Great for everyone. Just purchased two more for Christmas presents this year!

Great!
Love it. Battery life is pretty good. It recharges fairly fast. Multiple attachments for different areas of body and different types of pain work great and are easy to interchange. Carry case is built nicely and works great. Honestly a great purchase and value for the price!

Powerful, Quiet, and Worth Every Penny
I’ve owned a few massage guns over the years, but this one blows them all away. The build quality feels solid and professional — not cheap plastic like some others. The power is impressive; even on the mid settings it digs deep enough to break up tight knots after workouts. The different attachments actually make a difference too — the round head is great for general muscle recovery and the bullet tip hits trigger points perfectly. What really surprised me is how quiet it is. I can use it while watching TV without it sounding like a power tool. The battery life easily lasts several sessions, and it charges fast.If you lift weights, run, or just sit at a desk all day, this massage gun is a game changer. My legs and back have never felt better. Highly recommend — 10/10 for performance and value.

Great little massager!
This massage gun has been a great addition to our home. It comes with a variety of attachments, but we find ourselves reaching only for the ball head—and honestly, that’s all we need. The ball attachment is comfortable, easy to use, and does an excellent job of working out stubborn muscle knots. The gun itself feels solid and well-built. It delivers strong, consistent power without being overly loud, and the battery lasts through multiple uses before needing a charge. The handle is easy to hold, which makes longer sessions more comfortable.Even if the other heads stay in the case, the ball attachment alone makes this tool worth it. It’s effective, reliable, and provides real relief for sore, tight muscles.

Good quality
Very effective massager, I was surprised at all the attachments that came with it and they’re easy to screw on. It cones with a hard case for storage a big plus. It’s a bit heavy to hold and use and there’s no heat setting. But it’s solid and powerful and I love the digital controls and the cordless feature. I am pleased with it

Great bang for buck with 1 caveat
Purchased in 2024 as a Christmas gift, but I use it often myself. After one year the cheapo charger it comes with sparked and stopped working entirely. A replacement charger will run you nearly as much as an all new masssage gun, so be weary of that. The actual functionality and performance of the gun is stellar for the price though. We use it a lot. I would recommend, but be careful of the dodgy charger.
