Love this massage cushion!
I drive all over, work long hours and maintenance heavy physical therapy equipment so I needed something to work the kinks out on a day to day basis. I did some research and came to the conclusion that this cushion was my best option. I use one in my work van and one at home!

Good buy .
I like this . But it needs to have a loop on the top for hanging it up .

Quality product, that gets the job done! recommended!
I needed an affordable, and functional back massager, for use when working at home. (I sit in a chair for long periods of time.)The “Snailax Back Massager” got the job done! The Massager is a well-made product. The vibration and heating modes of the Massager are soothing, and very easy to select and adjust. The “3D Kneading Massage” function is relaxing, and worth the cost of the Massager alone, in my opinion! (It feels great!)The Massager comes in a box with a handle, for portability and storage. (Detailed instructions included in the packaging.)Overall, the “Snailax Footrest” is a great product, for easing lower back discomfort, after a long work day!Recommended!

Disappointed
This massager does not have a strap(s) to hold it in place on my desk chair. The shiatsu portion rubs my backbone which is uncomfortable. It does not seem to fit my office chair correctly. When I use it, I have to place something under my lower legs and feet or I will fall forward out of my chair. I thought I would enjoy using it much more than I do. I don’t care for the vibration at all. It is loud and just seems to shake my chair so I am not sure how it is considered helpful. It is just noisy. The user’s manual is also lacking.

Just what my back needed!
I have been having some excruciating pain in my middle back so much so that I have to see a chiropractor. I was instructed to use hot and cold treatments to help so when I found the Snailax back massager I was thrilled to see that it has a heat component. So far it has helped my back get relief. The pressure from the massage feels like a real hand. I am so glad I found this. It’s been so nice to plug it up and use it while watching tv and sitting on the sofa. There is not much to setup so it was basically immediate back pain relief out the box. I simply plugged it into the wall and it’s been working just fine.

Compact back massager with limited options but sometimes that’s all you need
This is a good little back massager that has some nice but basic features. It offers a spot massage in your choice of neck or lower back. You must reposition the massager based on your choice. This unit is much smaller than most back massagers that I’ve used in the past. Those generally cover more territory. Not everyone needs one like that. If you just have a stiff shoulders or neck, or lower back pain, this compact massager may be right for you. It’s small and easy to store. There are a few things that didn’t work as well for me, but overall I like it.Things I liked:* Compact size doesn’t take up much storage space* Lightweight and easy to carry* Heat option works very wellThings I didn’t like:* The power cord could be a little longer so I’m not as limited in where I use it* The shiatsu massage intensity is supposed to increase or decrease but I didn’t notice a difference in the speeds* The shiatsu massage was too strong on my lower back and felt painful, even when trying to turn down the intensity.* You can’t disable the shiatsu and just use the heat and/or vibration mode and I don’t always want everythingThere are indeed more things that I don’t like about this massager than things I do like. However, it’s small, inexpensive, and still serves a purpose. I like it, but I don’t love it.

Great massager with heat
Very well made. Comfortable to lean back on. The massager isn’t too powerful that it makes things uncomfortable like a few I have used in the past have. The heat is a nice touch as well. No complaints.

Back massager
Labeled that it is a back massager, but very easy to use on many parts of the body. Massage is nice, good speed & strength adjustments. Heat function is a nice bonus. Cushion itself is nice, soft, seems pretty durable. Overall very good.Would buy again.

Lots of options
Different options – rollers, heat, vibration – with three levels of low, medium and high. Tried all sorts of combinations and all were good.I would have given this five stars but the intensity levels are supposed to coded to green, yellow and red lights. There is no yellow light only red and green, with the red appearing twice. Additionally after using for 20 minutes the electrical plug, the plug was getting hot. There is an overheat option but that appears to be more for the device than the plug. So not sure if there is an electrical heat issue or if this is normal from using all the options.

Felt nice on head and neck – didn’t like for back
Oddly enough, I don’t like using these types of massagers on my back. I find them to be uncomfortable. What I did find that worked for me was sitting in a recliner chair and putting this massager high on the back and using it on the back of my neck and head. I didn’t notice much heat when using that feature, and I didn’t care for the vibration. The massagers are fairly hard, but worked well for my neck.Snailax Back Massager with Heat, Shiatsu, Vibration, 3D Kneading Massage Pillow, Corded, Neck Massager for Neck Pain, Massager for Lower Back, Neck, Leg, Gifts for Women, Men
