It’s nice!
It’s fine for the price point, but the cover flap thing drives me crazy. It’s removable, but I wish it velcroed on top and bottom so it doesn’t slide all around.This massager is nice for my back, but I wish it had two sets of rollers, to get more surface area. However, it does really work my tight upper back/shoulders. I find that I can use it on different surfaces for different intensity in addition to the built in setting. For example, laying it on the floor vs a chair vs my bed.The heat is really nice, but the vibration is loud and kind of weird. It is fairly easy to store or put out of the way.

Great back pain relief at home!
Great product! Bought for my mother for Christmas and she had lower back pain. She loves it! She is 5’2” so said it feels a little high trough the shoulder/upper back but overall it does the trick in her problem area, low back. The heat element is a great touch!

It’s okay
I had issues with other massagers that when I lay against it, the massage nodes would stop working, but this massage keeps on working without slowing down.I still have the problem where I can lay my neck in between the nodes and it barely touches the sides of my neck.The heat could be hotter.The vibrating massage part is extremely weak.

Nice Portable and Compact Back Massager
I have been using the massager from last few weeks and have seen a significant decrease in my back and neck pain. This massager is very portable and provides the necessary relief to the pain areas. I have also used this machine to massage other areas as well due to its portability. Massager has different speed settings and it is very easy tp use. This massager does provide adequate amount of pressure to needed areas. I am very happy with the purchase and I am looking forward to use this machine frequently for relief.

Very versatile massager you can use all over

This is a great Little massagerIt looks good and is really well madeIt has 3 speeds for shiatsu and reverse direction,3 vibration patterns and3 levels of heat.Most importantly, all can be used independently or in any combination, which I love as I’ve had massagers that wouldn’t give you heat unless you have the massage on at the same time and sometimes you just want heat, or you might want just vibration if your muscles are too sore for shiatsu. You are in complete control with this one.It also has a pad that flips over it to reduce the pressure when you are too sore and want a gentle massage, which I love because sometimes shiatsu massagers are just too painful, this is a really simple, low tech fix for that and it really works.Very versatile because it’s small, light weight and very easy to handle to move it around to whatever part of the body you want to use it on. I love it on my legs as none of my other massagers are for leg muscles , I’ve even used it on my feet and it feels great.The only thing this massager doesn’t do well for me is my neck, but i have spent years looking for a massager that is good for my neck and tops of my shoulders, none of them seem to be good for that area, even the chairs that cost thousands of dollars so I’d be surprised if this did, (I have finally found one that does, you can check out my other reviews if that is what you are looking for ) but if you want a small, versatile massager that you can easily use all over I highly recommend this one.Full disclosure, I was asked to review this massager for a refund and I agreed only because I have bought lots of massagers and am always looking for a better one, if this didn’t work well I would not want to keep it ( and add it to the pile of less than helpful massagers I already have) let alone give it an undeserved review, I am genuinely happy I have discovered this one, it will get lots of use.

Used correctly, can help a ton!
If used the correct way, it can definitely help with back pain. As the product notes, the massage can be intense. The only con for me is the cover flap. it moves about, inconveniently. just not a fan of that. other than that, i enjoy the pressure and the heat.

Ahhhh…
After seeing the Snailax foot massager and trying out the one my dil’s son gave her for Christmas, I ordered one for myself.AND I treated myself to this back/neck massager as well.When I returned home from the holidays, the foot massager came and it is so good that I ordered one for friends. Today, while suffering the aches and pains of a cold, especially in my back, this arrived. It is wonderful for both back and neck. The heat is better than that on the foot massager. Highly recommend both!

Excellent and versatile massager!
I bought this to help with deep tissue massage, mostly on my back and shoulders but also potentially for my feet (though I also have a foot massager on order to see if that helps more specifically).It’s very comfortable and I love the shiatsu balls!! You can change the rotational pattern of the shiatsu balls depending on what is more comfortable for you, as well as turn off or on heat, vibration, and the intensity of the massage itself.I used this for 30 minutes and already my lower back feels so much better!! I’m currently writing this while I try it for my feet, and the shiatsu balls are doing a wonderful job on my plantar fasciitis (I usually use a lacrosse ball and manually roll it under my foot, so this is really nice to have an alternative that uses less of my energy).I saw another review mention that they used this massager for lots of different parts of their body which is what gave me the idea that it could double as a foot massager for me! I love that this can be a multitasker, as I don’t have a lot of space and don’t want to have to store a bunch of different tools if one tool does the job for multiple jobs!I also love that there is a removable flap so that I can easily wash and clean the part of the massager that touches your body! That’s the problems I have with a different massager is that it isn’t washable and after a while skin oils are just going to get into the fabric which makes it discolored and kind of gross. I also like the side pocket to hold the remote for changing your settings. My favorite setting is definitely red of heat, yellow for massage and shiatsu rotation, and red for intensity. The vibration can also be more of a pulse but I like the more constant vibration.I think this is a nice looking massager, and I plan on keeping it on my living room sofa so I can easily massage anytime.This unit does have to be plugged in to work, so it’s less portable than battery operated units but it’s also not super heavy or unwieldy so I don’t mind it having to be plugged in. Most of my home massage tools require a plug anyway 😂I definitely recommend this if you also have chronic pain and need deep tissue massage! Now my husband doesn’t have to be home to help massage my back, and I have more control over my pain management and care! 🥰🙏💕
